Excellent central location for a great citybreak.

Location was as central as you can possibly get which might not suit everyone. It is on the 3rd floor with a lift. Although a central location there is absolutely no noise due to the double glazing and the heavy closable window panels. Very secure as well due to two, 5 lever mortice locks. Wi-fi is excellent with nearly 300Mb download speed and roughly 60Mb upload. Stove top cafétiere makes excellent coffee and you can buy provisions from the Carrefour around the back of the block. There are two rooms available and we had the one at the end of the corridoor. Everything seems very new and clean, there is even a mini vacuum cleaner, iron dishwasher and washing machine. Very responsive on messages in the app and they give you some recommendations for eating etc.

Bring your own tea towel! Lift broke down but only for a short time. They have to meet you rather that picking up a key from a lock box, probably because location is so central. This was not a problem for us but it may be if you are arriving very late or very early as they charge a little extra for out of hours key delivery.

Location, accessibility, large open windows with view of the square, plenty of room for food and clothes

Walk in shower, the water would run out on to the floor when on for more than a couple of mins

thé location the apartment itself is very pretty

the bedsheets and quilts were dirty it changed a lot for us

The location was great. It was right in the middle of museums, other attractions, and restaurants. The apartment was quiet and cozy.

The pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. There also wasn’t enough towels for 4 people for a week even though we washed the couple we had throughout the week.

Location and the 3 balconies

The studio was beautiful, centrally located with effient and cool design. However for a group staying there for 4 nights, it easily got dirty with abit of hastle managing that on a timely manner. The checkout information were not discussed with us, so we were abit confused about that. However, the place will be very memorable!

Perfect location. Good value for money.

Location is simply perfect. Most attractions you can reach on foot. We supposed that it would be noisy at night, but it was not. Air in Madrid is so good that we slept very well. Around we had many good places to eat, restaurants and coffee shops. On the opposite side of the street is Cortes Ingles with food department so it was easy to buy anything. Really nice place, value for money.

It is a centre of the city, so apartment is very small, but we expected this, so it was not for us something really bad. Maybe one more chair would be good, because we travelled with our kid, so not all of us could seat at the table. However we planned to use this apartment to sleep, not to stay there and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

It was quiet, yet it was on a very busy plaza. There were plenty of choices for food: El Corte Ingles, various restaurants, and even Starbucks next door! It was also very easy to grab a cab or uber. Also, plenty of electrical outlets.

Elevator is very small but worked well.
