Nice comfortable hotel in an excellent location

Clean, spacious property with modern rooms and a large pool area with good facilities. Excellent location, a short walk to lots of shops, restaurants, the beach etc.

My room was quite noisy at night. I could easily hear noise from surrounding rooms and the corridor. There was also a light flashing in the room at night to do with the smoke alarm.

Everything was very well, very nice personal, delicious breakfast and dinner. We got for a gluten free desserts due to our allergy. We enjoyed our vacation in this Hotel.

The walls are thin and you can hear every noise from the corridor, especially in the morning when they clean the rooms.

Hotel near beach, but far from Palma de Mallorca (20 min by crowded bus)

- Hotel is situated near beach and is surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. - There is a direct bus connection from the airport (Bus A1 Aeroporto). However, when going back to the airport, we had to drive first to Palma to catch A1 bus there. - Beds were comfortable. - Staff was very helpful and friendly. - Bus stop to Palma was 5 min far from the hotel. - Rich breakfast, wide selection of fresh fruits. - Drying rack on balcony. - Nice opportunity for runners to run along the coast to Palma de Mallorca (approx 9-10 km far).

- The hotel interior was bit outdated. We had broken balcony doors and a service technician had to come at 22:00 to repair it. - Poor sound-proofing, other guests smoking in front of the hotel at 5:00am were loud and woke me up. - No shelves or cabinets in bathroom for cosmetics - one has to store everything on washbasin or in the bedroom. - Loud ventilators and water flow in pipes - disturbing during night (we knew when our neigbour was using the bathroom - not very convenient to hear the ventilator during early morning hours). - Breakfast was rich, but monotone (more or less same food every day). On top of that, there was rather poor offer of vegetable (only tomato - still bit green, and cucumber), which was rather strange considering the location (one would expect rich offer of vegetable on Mallorca). - There were only two coffee machines, which could not serve all the guests, especially at peak hours (9:00-10:00). As consequence, long queues were formed and one had to wait for coffee up to 10 minutes. - Breakfast room was quite packed with tables resulting in a limited space. Sometimes it was challenging to return back to the table with the plate or cup of coffee. - Restaurant playing loud music in front of the hotel - who wanted to enjoy sitting on balcony, could not avoid listening the melodies played loudly to attract guests from the street. - Rather far from Palma de Mallorca - the journey took around 20 minutes by bus and all the buses were very crowded, despite of their high frequency (each 5-10 min one bus).

Hotel close to the beach

The hotel is ok for one night. It's close to the airport and to the beach. We didn't have breakfast there and we didn't use the pool.

The room isn't soundproofed, you could hear the neighbour pretty loud.

very good cuisine. lot of choices and delicious. room very spacious with pool and sea views. indoor pool and great for cyclist. dedicated place to store your bike.

beds, the beds were not attached together so they were moving and also the mattress could be better.

Staff who loved their jobs made me feel at home. I'd come back again.

loved my room and the lovely welcome present and handwritten note. Such a lovely touch. Food was very good. Lots of choice. It did scale back a bit in selection/ choice a bit towards the end of my stay (I stayed for 11 nights) but I believe this was because there were fewer guests as this was the beginning of November. The staff were awesome.

- the bathroom needs more storage space - stupid rules at dinner, that even drinking water is not included in the price - extra charge for SPA

The best staff and cleanest hotel ever.

Everything was absolutely brilliant. Incredibly nice staff, spotless and just excellent all in all.

The food at breakfast was surprisingly awful. Some food options were tasteless, and others had a bitter taste.

5* experience on a 3* budget

The communal areas (lobby, bar, pool etc) would not be out of place at a 5* hotel

the rooms were well done, minimalist and modern - but felt a bit less luxurious than the rest of the hotel. But as somewhere to put your head down after enjoying the rest of the beautiful hotel they’re perfectly fine and reflect the amount paid.

Very nice hotel, good location - near bus stop (25 min. to Palma Cathedral), 5 min walk to the beach. Clean and tidy.

Breakfast very simple, avarage. Having possibillities to be more different.

Will definitely go back to the Hotel Helios.

Great location, lovely modern hotel, fantastic facilities for cyclists, fabulous pool area and excellent food in the restaurant.

Not overly satisfied with evening entertainment taking place outside around the pool as you could hear it even on the 5th floor.

After our Easyjet flight was cancelled late at night we were desperate for somewhere to stay. I booked 2 nights at this hotel as it is only 1 mile from the airport I'm 71 and my wife is 68 and we were charged 8i6.80 Euro for a small room with 3 single beds , no chairs, a balcony overlooking a car park with a view of the hotel adjacent. As we could not get a flight for 5 more days we checked out and immediately chechecked back in and given a lovely room, same size but with 2 beds, and a chair overlooking the pool with abigger balcony and sea view and charged 404.25 EUR for 3 nights. Clearly this hotel took advantage of 2 old people in a very desperate situation a nice hotel but left a really bad taste, and find it hard to recommend

Amazing hotel with everything you could ever want. perfect for families or couples.

the property was outstanding. the breakfast buffet had everything you could want including gluten and dairy free options. my room was exceptionally done out and included a welcome note with water and snacks. brilliant stay I didn’t want to leave.
