لا يوجد اطلالة على الحرم (لا يجب تصنيفها بكل الاحوال كإطلالة جزئية على الحرم) لان الفندق صف ثاني حسب الواقع وإفادة الاستقبال ويعزون الخطأ الى بوكنج المطاعم مخصصة لفئة معينة من النزلاء ولا يوجد خيارات في نوعية الاطعمة المقدمة الغرفة بها 4 أسرّة ( وليس حسب الحجز بالغين وطفل) ما زاد ضيق مساحة الغرفة ضيق مساحة دورة المياه لدرجة عدم الراحة عدم نظافة فرش الغرفة ومفارش واغطية الأسِرًة

Horrible hotel staff. STAW AWAY.

Horrible hotel. Must stay away from it. Management is a disaster. Don't have any basic training for customer service. Messed up our 4 family rooms that we booked. Double charged us and now we are struggling to get our refund. The whole umrah experience was ruined by their disastrous customer handling

From the Booking to room assignments to check out and payment was a nightmare with this hotel. Worst part is that Booking.com wouldn't provide any help. They are just happy enjoying their commission. What a shame business.

Totally Recomended

The location is perfect right in front of Haram at the end of Ajyad Street, with Abraj Zamzam and abraj el Safa 2 mins walk from the hotel for the food.

The door lock was not working properly I called several times to fix it, and someone already came and fix but the problem still existed. which was quite frustrating after getting back tired from Umrah.

Everything was perfect! The staff and the rooms and the location. Abeer at the reception was very helpful and friendly!

it was okay but expensive

I liked the location as near to haram. Hotel was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators are very good and we did not had to wait long for them.

The price of room was outrageously high as compared with facilities and comfort. The bed for my son was terrible and not appropriate. Wifi was not working properly as well. The room was very noisy as honks and horns of cars were audible in the room.

Location

Parking is very costly which is understandable, but i parked the car and the day after i was blocked , i had to white for while to be able to move the car. They should not allowed people when there is no place to park.

Absolutely horrible property. Must stay away from it.

Nothing. Absolute disaster stay. We booked 4 rooms. They had no sense and gave us all 4 rooms on different floors. Staff was not cooperative at all. They couldn't communicate in English. Initially they couldn't charge my two different credit cards and made me pay full amounts in advance through my bank account. Then they also charged the credit cards. Terrible establishment. Elaf must be ashamed of running such a horrible facility.

Booking was a disaster. They have no clue how to accommodate families. Kept denying our requests for help. Every staff member at the front desk treated us badly. I also hold Booking.com responsible. They must thoroughly check the hotel and it's capabilities to house guests. I have totally lost faith in Booking.com and will be shopping other sites.

Close to Haram, Staff were amazing. The staff looking after the dining are amazing especially Brother Muhammad and the Chef they are absolute credit to Hotel Elaf Al Mashaer. we want to thank them for looking after us and really going out of their way to accommodate us.

cleaning standards need to be looked into massively.

Overall it was good and comfortable.reception staff was quite good and welcoming.checkin was really smooth.Room service was really good especially Abdul Hannan was effecient and helpful.Overall good value for money just need to deep clean the bathroom.

Location is perfect just that room needs improvement

we only stayed for 2 nights. location is good. only 3-4mins walk to Haram.

Drainage system needs to be looked at as it stinks in the bathroom. carpets are outdated and too old for a 5 star hotel. table glasses had cracks which is dangerous especially if you have a child. some usb charging port doesn’t work. need more lighting in the room as it’s too dark. need lots of improvements.

Exceptional hospitality with lovely service spirit.

Welcoming staff with will to serve humbly. Comfortable room with all needed kitchenette tools and toiletries. Close to Haram.

Excellent experience good location very near to alharam just two minutes walk large room compared to other hoterls in mecca clean and comfortable room friendly staff very helpful check in takes no more than 10 minutes I would like to come again
