The hotel is in a great location easily walkable to the city centre, the quayside and university accommodation. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with excellent kitchen facilities. There is a secure car park and a small but well equipped gym. The breakfast offers a good variety. The hotel also has laundry facilities but we didn’t need to use them.

Breakfast was amazing and staff was so nice and helpful.
It took time for the hot water to turn on in the morning for shower.

I like the fact it was a little bit out of the way and there was nothing around because it was very very quiet. The room was very clean and it had a microwave which was handy.
I had to take three points away because the pillows are so uncomfortable I barely slept. It would be good if they had a choice of different pillows to be honest.
