I felt very well looked after which was much appreciated since unfortunately I arrived with back pain. Breakfast was delicious, the room was exceptional, bed was comfortable and everything I could possibly need was available.
I honestly can't think of anything.

Room was spacious and clean,had a bowl of fruit and biscuits up in the room on our arrival and Avril welcomed us when we arrivedl and gave us bottled cold water to drink Avril as a host was warm welcoming, friendly and always happy to help
The breakfast was plentiful, the full english was amazing as was the salmon. A great variety also on the breakfast table including yogurts, cereals, fruit and bread..

Avril was an exceptional host. She was very welcoming, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Lots of additional touches e.g. wide selection of snacks, fruit, teas, coffee.Very comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice (hot and cold). On street parking was readily available. Short distance to city centre by car/ bus, about 30 minutes walking. Would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.
Be mindful, if you have mobility issues, steep stairs to reach top floor. We were aware of this, so not a problem. This did not detract from what was a very enjoyable birthday weekend.

You made to feel very welcome. The place was beautiful. The room that we stayed in was excellent very clean very modern lots of nice coffees drinks chocolates fruit on your arrival which I've never had before.
How charming it was the building had character the House was beautifully kept
