Facilities, activies, quality of the food, comfort were all great. Daily activites for the kids were great. The heated pool is a huge plus.
Food prices were very overpriced for the ala cart menu items and the protions were smaller than expected for the price. Bad value on the food

Make up room is efficient and timely
Food is lousy and not up to standard. Breakfast is horrible with below par taste with low quality ingredients. Worst pastry we ever had in our life and not equate to the Shangrila brand. Toiletries quality is also sub par
