Great service from the designated room steward. Great food at the lounge on the 48 floor. The water park was fantastic. The kids love it.
The woman staff at the entrance of the shopping area near the lobby was trying to waylay every guest she deemed not a guest staying at the hotel, acting like a policewoman inspecting a suspect. She was very rude indeed.

Check in service was superb. Customer service in the dining areas were great.
A lot of reservations (eg dolphin encounter, shuttle booking) require China mobile number which is not convenient for international customer, customer service wasn’t sure how to direct us as well.
One of the Room service operator could not understand English, a simple Mac and cheese.

Everything about Atlantis Sanya was awesome; the swimming pool. water park, food and breakfast. The staff was courteous. Right from Check in to check out we had a wonderful experience of fun and enjoyment. The very ambience of the hotel was royal. The show at the C theatre was really entertaining.
Everything was perfect but the beach was not tidy like the Yolang bay.

Breakfast was amazing, we were in the imperial breakfast room. Excellent choice and service.
Everyone was so helpful, we had our own PA, Ivy who was constantly answering our questions. The ladies who cleaned our room were so lovely too.
The only thing I would say was the hotels could add a playground with a slide, swing’s etc for kids. A grassy area is not really a play ground!

EVERYTHING! from the checkin (given earlier at 10 am) to the checkout (given later at 2 pm), you can enter at the park even after check out (before 3 pm).
Waterpark, aquarium and facilities were simply amazing. breakfast we tried only at the Saffron and it was delicious, all type of food were there even pizza 😂. room was perfect, nice balcony, super clean, spacious.
nothing. i would just recommend to avoid (if you can) the waterpark on weekend as it is too crowded, during the week is really enjoyable!

The room was nice and clean. We liked the unlimited entry to the aquarium and waterpark as part of the hotel stay. We also liked the live band that played in the Tiki bar.
The coffee at breakfast was not good. The baristas did not seem to know how to make a coffee. The service was fine but not personal.

The food choice was great and the Saffron buffet was always phenomenal for anytime of day. The aquarium was maybe the best part. We enjoyed it normally twice a day!
The shuttle from the airport is terrible in that it makes so many beeping sounds. It has to do with a feature of the seatbelts which is unnecessary and terrible. Also there is no where to buy any beer or snacks when at the pool. The "tikki bar" doesn't open until 16:00 and that was the answer when I said I wanted to buy a beer. There should be a simple shop like 711 or something to buy simple things without having to pay resort prices. Or any option for snacks and drinks at the pool at anytime.

great facilities, at the water park were lots of life guards giving the feeling of being in a safe place.
breakfast could be better, there are just a few staffs that could speak a few words in English which makes our stay very difficult, but I think thats a general problem in China. for this price guests deserve better service.

Breakfast has a very large selection of everything. The water park is a nice treat to have along with the aquarium.
Checking in is one of the worst experiences for a 5 star hotel. Each person takes at latest 20-30 minutes. Kids are running around like it's a circus, and the process seems a bit disorganized.

Still a lady tried to give us one room earlier, so we could change our cloth and could go already in to the water park.
The food is very good, various and fresh., Everybody tried to fulfill all wished. Beer, wine everything included.

2 beds in a room seems to be rare, but for a family its necessary otherwise you have to book two rooms, which is very expensive, and you can not leave the kids alone in a room in the night, when they are 7 years old.
Check in is only possible in the afternoon, so it is not convenient, when you arrive at noon or earlier, excuse we are fully booked. Middle in the week side season
Very crowded, long queues at the breakfast or afternoon or dinner.
Internet only one per mobile number available.
Dinner had fixed meal, so kids couldn't choose,, At least two choices would be good.

Spacious rooms, 3 times a day cleaning, friendly staff very helpful especially Luis from the horizon club restaurant on the 48 and 18th floor. and Nancy they went a mile to help with our family. Our 2yr old boy who has allergies was well taken care of by Luis who always arranged special meals off the day's menu for him. Nancy never sleeps, hehe we always said, she is there anytime you need her for any questions especially when we needed a hospital for our 1 year. We felt well pampered and safe. Gilbert is another staff that will make sure you find your way around the humongous property and entertain you with stories about the hotel's history. The lifeguards are so efficient and well trained even at the beach side. We had a big wave hit us and me and my 1 yr were immensed under water, in less than a min they were already at the shore ready to help but we were already out.
It was a very comfortable, safe stay for us as a family of 4 with a 2 and 1 yr olds.
The Dolphin cay and C Theatre are too hot! And shows are purely in chinese so it's not catering for foreign guests. Also your customer dial number is purely in chinese for a 7 star hotel, i am sure you can add an English extension number.

The room was very modern and comfortable, the view to the bay and the ocean was breathtaking! Being steps away from the waterpark was a bonus! Gordon Ramsay Bread Street and Netsu Japanese - not to miss out!
Very busy weekend but my family and I had very special attention and hospitality from a member of the managing staff, Mr Dragon, who was more than a facilitator during our stay. For that I give the property the highest score!
Arrival a bit chaotic as the bellboy ignored us after knowing that we didn’t speak putonghua.

The water park is wonderful, and extremely fun for kids.
My room is spacious, and breakfast is excellent.
Staffs are quite friendly, especially Vickey Chen, who prepared toys for my kid and her friend. When I found my hair drier has been left in the hotel after I checked out, Vicky was extremely helpful to find it and send it to me.

Amazing experience - our 3 days were incredible. Our twin daughters aged 10 had a truly memorable few days. Highly recommended to stay at this resort - something for everyone - and exceptional standards.

Our living area clean and tidy. Staffs are kind and always there for help. Services are great provided by Adam Wang during our stay.
It’s crowded during peak hour of breakfast. Many tourists in lobby sometimes befuddled us.
