Lovely and attentive staff. Super Clean, spacious rooms, so much to do. Imperial club is a must and amazing value. Can’t fault the facility especially during off season.
The access to aqua park, pools, the shows, easy Didi ride to the local supermarket and DFO.

The service was extraordinary, every detail was thoroughly considered and the help of our butler Dayanna made everything extremely efficient. Dayanna was able to inform us and help us throughout the stay and nothing was too much trouble.

Clean. Room is decent. Staff are nice and helpful.
Overpriced. Not all inclusive. Need to pay for many services or facilities.
Swimming pools were closed and in maintenance. Only one family pool is available.
Waterpark facilities were partially closed
Poorly managed beach. The beach is so beautiful. But the benches are not directly on the beach. And the swim area was too small. And there were many ppl selling the cart.
Inside the aquarium, there were too many commercial phototaking. Those booths with bright light totally ruined the beautiful big tank.
