Love the place but had 2 problems 1. Bathtub off of left bedroom the drain was very slow resulting in an accumulation of water 2. Could not find the dumpster to put the trash in therefore we had to take it with us

We enjoyed this condo so much. Beds were comfortable and everything was there that we needed. Nice little walk to downtown. Very clean Loved having 3 bathrooms and 2 separate rooms with bath. Would love to come again

We enjoyed our stay very much! it was the perfect walking distance to downtown Traverse City! it was also very clean and looked just like the pictures. We loved that we could watch the parade in the street out our balcony one evening. We would stay again!

This is a marvelous place to stay. It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. The location is close to all the action that Traverse City has to offer without being in the middle of the crush.

Michigan is our new favorite vacation place! This little gem of a condo was in the perfect location. It was quiet, and tucked in right next to a park, but in walking distance of shopping, dining, and beaches. It was also an easy drive over to Sleeping Bear Dunes and several lighthouses and orchards. Super clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals when we wanted to. The beach chairs and toys were also a nice bonus. It was also just enough space for our family of four. The owner and property manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and perfect! We’ll be back!

This bi-level condo was the perfect size and layout for our family of four. All the beds were very comfortable, and the kids loved that they didn't have to share a bed thanks to the spacious trundle arrangement. Very comfortable sectional couch and strong wifi. This location is a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the lakefront, and is right on the TART bike trail. A perfect home base for exploring the many attractions in the area. We had excellent communication with the host, and easy check-in and check-out. We highly recommend this condo!

Rented this for the film festival and it was perfect. Walking distance to everything on Front St or the beach (if thats what you're after). Also easy to get to the wider area.

We had an amazing stay in Traverse City! The condo was well stocked and comfortable! The beach chairs and toys were perfect for beach days! The location was just perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the water! The kids enjoyed playing at the park located across the street in the evening. Communication with Lisa and her team was efficient and easy! We will definitely be back!

My kids, husband and I stayed at this property. It was walkable to downtown, Sunset and Clinch beaches, and the cherry festival. Easy access to M22 and M72 to see the sites. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here 😊

This property was not far from Front Street (downtown TC). A short walk away was everything we needed from an entertainment perspective. Ample sleeping space made this VRBO site a perfect fit for us.

I had such a great three-day stay here! The balcony was wonderful overlooking the park, and the location was perfect (loved walking through neighborhoods to get to town). Everything was so clean and nice. Bed was comfortable! This was my fourth time staying at this complex and it never disappoints. Just a note: If you have difficulty with stairs, this unit may be a challenging unit for you. 14 stairs to get to the front door of the unit and 14 to get to the bedrooms. Only reason I noticed is that I'm recovering from a car accident. They were good practice for me! :-)

The condo is located within an easy walk from downtown Traverse City. The condo is two floors with 2 bedrooms with en suite bathroom On the second floor. The main floor is layer out nicely. There is a large kitchen with pretty much everything you need. The only drawback is the second bedroom is set up with a “daybed” and is only good for one adult or maybe a couple of small children.

Great location and launch point to enjoy the wider area. My only complaint about this property is that the main bed is NOT a queen size. It is in fact a full size bed. The listing says Queen and I would not have rented this unit if I knew it had only a full size bed. My husband and I are both tall people and sharing a Full was something we gave up long ago. To say the least i was very annoyed to spend a good chunk of change on this unit for our family and not sleep well for 4 nights straight due to the small size and cheapness of the mattress. Great property otherwise, easy in and out, well stocked and clean and perfect location. Just don't plan on a Queen bed in the main bedroom. And don't expect a super comfy mattress.

Stayed for 4 nights in early June with my family and this was the perfect home away from home for a long weekend up north. So homey and comfortable and great amenities. Location was perfect to walk to beach, downtown, and day trips to sleeping bear, Leland, and Sutton’s Bay. Appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness. Thank you and we can’t wait to come back!
