Very good

the owner was amazing, available at all time and very helpful. the air conditioner is working great. the apartment has most equipment needed.

The location was not that good. we had to walk 30 min to get to the city center. it is only near the colosseum.. also the apartment is located up so it’s not very comfortable to walk up all the time

One of the favorite apartments out of all we stayed at this Italy trip

Cozy, modern, and had everything we needed. Needless to say around the corner from Colosseum and walking distance from the metro station.

Exceptional

Hands down the best property we stayed at during out trip to Italy. The elephant in the room is that it’s next to the Colosseum which is next to Met B Subway which gives you access to a lot of cool stops. There’s not one bad thing I can say about this place. Communication between us and (name withheld) was excellent. She was very step-by-step with how do check in and even has a book with suggestions about where to go/eat. The shower was pretty cool, had three different settings (wand, top shower head, body level sprayers). The toilets and bidet functioned properly AND the washer was easy to use unlike another brand that is usually at my Italian BNB stays… The a/cs worked great (there’s one for the bedroom and one for the living room) and the mattress was pretty soft (too much for my liking, but my gf snored like a baby). Definite bonus is you have your own more-than-decent patio space to have a coffee or wine/beer. I will definitely stay here again. Made up for a few of our stays on the trip!

Keep in mind: I know what I signed up for. It’s next to the Colosseum, so there will be noise and foot traffic. That being said: I was never woken up by the noise of anything.

- perfect location, next to Metro Station Colosseo - nice private garden to the apartment - uncomplicated check-in and check-out - all kitchen and bath utensils needed were provided

- the double bed and the sofa were highly uncomfortable, need to be changed as soon as possible. The good sleep and rest are one of the crucial aspects of a good stay.

Fantastic

Andrea found a close place for us to get our covid test. Truly helpful! Also, the way the apartment is set up to enter and exit and the ease of how everything in the apartment works is brilliant.

Wished it had a microwave but was minimal problem in overall rating.
