Spacious Comfort at Nasim

Our stay at Nasim was significantly enhanced by the spaciousness of our accommodations, where both the bedroom and bathroom provided more than enough room, making for a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. One thing to note, however, is the wear visible in the pool area, which, while indicating its well-loved status, did not detract from our overall enjoyment. The property's excellent location added a layer of convenience to our visit. Future guests should note that rooms close to the main street may experience noise due to less effective soundproofing of windows, which can make the bedroom quite loud at times. Florence's exceptional hospitality was a definite highlight, offering assistance whenever needed and ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable. While the included beach club is a nice perk, it does require some maintenance, especially around the pool area, which looked a bit overlooked. The prime location of the property, combined with Florence’s timely and efficient communication, made our stay delightful, ideally suiting our group of three. Nasim proves to be a convenient choice for those seeking spacious accommodation and a strategically placed base for exploration.

While the included beach club is a nice perk, it does require some maintenance, especially around the pool area, which looked a bit overlooked. A practical tip we’d like to pass on is to request extra towels from the condo directly, avoiding the beach club's towel rental fees—a handy piece of advice we wish we had known from the start.

Expectacular ,cómodo, y práctico

la zona muy céntrica y cerca de todo, la comodidad como en casa, muebles camas todo en excelentes condiciones , y la seguridad del condominio Flor siempre atenta a nuestras necesidades y hacernos sentir cómodos.

el único contra sería que no hay aparcamiento gratuito por ser en zona céntrica y de parquímetros , pero vale la pena

Overall - the sun was great, the location was good and the tacos/beer were excellent.

Our host was excellent. Florencia was wonderful - fast, helpful and attentive. Wonderful lady. The toilet overflowing (was a stopper issue not toilet paper) was unfortunate and we worked thru it. did much of the clean up on our own but def left it clean. we realise this was a surprise and were pleased with Florencia's help. The beds were good. There was little for cookware and we had trouble cooking another other than basic things as there was no knife (just butter knives) and nothing but Salt. (pepper, oil would be a good addition).

More towels as 1 beach towel for 5 days is unrealistic. Place needs a knife. I realise its not a 5 star but it worked for us.

Området var bra. Jättetrevlig host:)

Beachcluben kan man önska mycket mera av. kallt vatten i poolen. skulle ha extra betalt för handdukar. ingen beachaccess. Vi var där i 20minuter sedan valde vi den publika stranden för resten av veckan 3km bort. Den uppfyllde våra förväntningar:)

•air condotioning in the living room a bit less efficient than those in the rooms •the private pool is quite small and not cosy. People from the street can look through the gate

Superb

If your looking for somewhere to stay that is quite centrally located but also near the beach this place is perfect. It is a small apartment set up and everything is provided to be self sufficient during your stay. There is also a nice pool and all restaurants are within walking distance. Overall it was a comfortable stay and we would highly recommend.

Exceptional

This property was great for the value. We had a one bedroom condo which was very spacious (king bed and twin) with lots of moving room. Had a full kitchen (oven, micro, coffee maker, dishes, dish soap with sponge and a BLENDER!!! NIce size restroom, lots of storage space and one block from 5th avenue (Quinta Avenida). AWESOME FIND!!!

Only down side for us was the distance to beach. Although it is two blocks from the beach, you would need to walk down to 38th for access to the beach. Not a bad walk since it only adds 2 blocks to the walk.
