Gladly again.

We were greeted warmly upon arrival and immediately informed about the possibilities for excursions, accessibility, etc. The room is very large and from the balcony you even have a small view of the sea. Warm water, air condition and a drinking water dispenser was available at all times. The breakfast was sufficient and good. Can't say anything bad about the location either. In a few minutes you can walk to the pier or the beach. Restaurants, Supermarkets, Bakeries... everything is near the Hotel. We would like to come back.

good option after finishing cruis in san cristbobal

- we got two separate beds that were comfortable - breakfast was included - AC - we could do early check in at 11:00am already

I I liked the location, not very beautiful surroundings but it was very easy to walk to the port and to the beach

the shower was great, AC worked nicely, Joseph was a great host. breakfasts were yummy.

dogs were always barking, windows and walls must be thin, cause they were always barking

Great and affordable hotel with terrific staff

Such helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. Close to town. Decent discount on exceptional 360 tour if you book through hotel.

It was close to the beaches and restaurants, and all we really did was sleep there.

The breakfast and location were good. If I were to go back to San Cristóbal I would stay at a hotel. We stayed there because our other family booked that site. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, shower and eat breakfast at for a decent price, then I would recommend this place. The view we had was of an empty trashed lot. I was thankful they had AC.

There were some ants. The view was not the greatest. When we arrived we had to pay for the room, and we had planned to pay with our card. They told us that we would be charged another 12% tax. I didn't want to use my cash, so I ended up paying more than expected. I guess that happens when you use booking.com.

Mostly good experience

It was nice to have a hot shower!, fridge, hair dryer, balcony, AC, good cable, breakfast included. Room was nice and clean, we liked the view of the seaside, it is located at a quite charming residential area. The location is better than we thought, it is closer to the touristic pier and playa Mann than to the passenger interisland pier.

What we really missed was a rack with hangers. Also the cleaning lady moved our personal stuff, the clean towel that we brought was moved and left halfway on the floor. Would be nice to have shampoo, soaps were smaller than expected. The location is a bit far from the passenger pier

It was close walking distance to the boat ferries, the Darwin Center, beach, plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Tv was glitchy and few bugs like ants and small flying bug maybe moths but just a little.

Consider trading off location for a more comfortable stay

Great location - short walk to restaurants in town, walkable to some coastal sites (eg Playa Mann)

Cleanliness - there were hundreds of smooshed dead ants on the wall right by the heads of our beds Service - good luck reaching the staff if you need anything (they’re only in their office at some moments during the day, and they never responded to our messages/calls despite posting their WhatsApp number) Facilities - only bar soap in bathroom (no shampoo), and we only got a few pieces of toilet paper (it was almost out when we checked in and we couldn’t reach the staff to get more, so had to buy it ourselves). More importantly, wifi was so spotty that it was unusable, so we ended up just using data.

Good option for stay in San Cristobal

Good location very close to many restaurants and the seafront.

We stayed over New Years and the property was very noisy as a big party next to the hostal went on till 7am. Also, for the same reason, we didn’t get any breakfast or cleaning on Jan 1st.

Good property...within 5 to 10 walk to town & the beach! Had the Ocean view...pretty good view

Surrounding area wasn’t so great...but it’s expected on that side of town
