Character building in a superb location. Breakfast was very good as was staff that we dealt with.
there is no lift and there are 4 floors. Staff was there and offered to carry my bag to fourth floor which was very helpful. Advance online checkin was a bit cumbersome and should be simplified. Staff is reachable primarily by what's app during set times.

Great location just 2min away from historical center. Clean and well equipped place. Efficient check in process. Great bathroom.
Not practical for parking, we had to take a uber up to the hotel. Quite a lot of mosquitoes in the flat.

the only positive was the room - roomy clean and comfortable with good bathroom
a bit querky! No welcoming recepetion just a self-service computer screen with 3 x security codes for entry/check-in/access to bedroom. Only saw one member of staff and that was at breakfast!
