Summary: This adorable cottage is right on Park Avenue just 2 blocks away from the renowned Forsyth Park! Come rock or swing with us on the front porch and soak up the southern lifestyle. Our traditional design and warm decor welcomes you to kick up your feet, relax and feel at home. This property boasts a very spacious rear patio that's totally covered and perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather while maintaining total privacy. We welcome ALL walks of life! **Comes with FREE access to THE ZOO HEALTH CLUB during your stay** SVR-00917 The Space: We offer a king bed in the downstairs master bedroom, with a queen in the other two bedrooms upstairs. We have (rare) off-street parking in the back to use at your leisure (can fit 2 cars snugly). Guest Access: Feel free to soak up the charm on our front porch or hang out in our more private backyard :) We have space in the rear parking for 2 cars. **We offer free workouts during your stay at The Zoo Gym** Just mention your name and that you're staying with us and the representative at the front desk will let you in! The Neighborhood: We are just TWO blocks away from the south end of Forsyth Park where there is an AWESOME coffee shop, natural food grocery store, wine shop and a few killer restaurants. You can't beat this location! Getting Around: There is a FREE shuttle that gets you around town (https://www.connectonthedot.com/new-dot-express-shuttle-services/) right at Forsyth Park - just walk straight on Park Ave. and once you get to Drayton it is right there by the shops! Uber/Lyft is probably the most convenient form of transportation around town, as parking can be a little crazy. It's usually about $5-7 to get to City Market/Bay Street. There is also a FREE City-ran "uber" called the Downtowner. Download the app and call a driver for free (tips welcomed). Interaction with Guests: I am always here via mobile. A lovely property roomy enough for four retired sisters to spend a fun weekend. Clean with comfy beds, linens and a well stocked kitchen. The historic neighborhood was charming and we enjoyed visiting while on the front porch swing. We hope to visit again!

Lovely home in a delightful neighborhood. Easy to get to attractions in the historic neighborhood. Appreciated the parking spot in back of the house. Everything a guest could want was included, lovely towels and linens, toiletries and kitchen items.

We absolutely loved this clean, cozy cottage during our stay in Savannah! The hosts were easy to get in touch with and answered all my questions quickly. It was easy to check in and the cottage looked exactly like the pictures online. It was very clean, well stocked with cleaning supplies and all the basic necessities including body wash. It was close to everything! The parking space in the rear of the house is tight but VERY nice to have so you don’t have to park on the street. My girls and I will definitely be back!

Get communication, clean, and love the location. Could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We drove so the parking space was convenient only used the car to drive to Tybee Island.

The cottage is very nice. However there were a few hiccups that tainted our visit. There was no ice when we arrived. Which really is no big surprise when visiting a VRBO! However the ice maker did not work when we turned it on and there were no ice trays to be found to make our own. It was extremely hot and this was an unnecessary aggravation. Another unnecessary aggravation was the TV up stairs was not working properly. The previous guest must have changed its settings. This was an aggravation because one of the guests I was traveling with really needs a TV to sleep at night.
Perhaps the most serious matter was the air conditioning. We lost the air conditioning on our second to last night. I called management and they sent someone but they could not fix it that night nor were they able to fix it for our last night. It was 84 in the house all night. There were only two ceiling fans so two of us had to sleep on couchs. Management was willing to put us up in other accommodations however they wanted to stick three people in one hotel room. COMPLETELY unacceptable. Why would we rent a three bedroom home with two bathrooms if that were acceptable. Management also offered another home again with less space and only one bathroom. In the end we decided to leave early. When we were vacating the premises it was 94 degrees in the house. We had to furiously negotiate some reimbursement with should have more than forthcoming.

My family and I were able to check in promptly and the host was in regular communication beforehand to make sure I had all the information I needed. Check in was simple and the property was just as pictured. Plus, they had all the amenities you could ask for and then some. The location is close to all of Savannah’s attractions and the neighborhood was very quaint. If you need comfort and family friendly, this is it!

This property was great for a small group! Not too far from the busy parts of town but far enough to have some quiet. Very clean and easy check in/ check out!

The property worked out perfect for us. We had 6 girls with plenty of space. All of the appointments were just perfect and the extra touches. There was even a little note left on the chalkboard for us. Chase was so easy to work with. i would highly recommend it.

So convenient to everything and the BONUS of not having to pay for parking was a great perk. Grocery 2 blocks away, free shuttle stop 3 blocks away, Forsyth Park 2-1/2 blocks, dining easy to get to. Cottage was adorable, well stocked and uber clean.

I stayed here with 2 friends for three nights. The house is in a quiet location that is close to Forsyth park and within easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery options. The house is comfortable, clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here with my husband, adult daughter and my mother during Orange Crush weekend and while there was all kinds of craziness downtown it was nice and quite on our street! The management company was great and the house was clean. There was coffee, filters and a bag of ice waiting for us and Forsyth park was walking distance away. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay!

This home is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The layout is great and there are little homey touches everywhere (coffee, filters, and creamer? Yes please!)
The porch is a lovely place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail. The back patio would have been great to share a meal I’d we had more time.
Utterly charming. The only thing that makes this place just shy of perfect is that it’s a little far from the main downtown area. Totally walkable (we did it in the am!) but you definitely have to either allow a lot more time or expect to drive or use Uber. Not a big deal, though. We would rent here again.

Absolutely perfect home for my wife, 15 month old girl, and myself. The home is actually much more spacious than I anticipated and was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was fantastic as well. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, and a nice coffee shop. The best part was walking to the park nearby everyday, our daughter loved that. For those wondering, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, friendly, and walkable. I can’t recommend this home enough and I would definitely stay again.

We are four senior ladies traveling together for 25 years. This charming bungalow is one of the best properties we’ve ever rented. The owners/managers were very accessible and helped us through several issues such as disposal not working (push the reset button) and how to find the World Series on the tv. The entertainment was first rate. Local live channels and networks plus many streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect, the living room was very comfortable, and the dining table was perfect for playing games. The central location was walkable to Forsyth Park, Kroger, trolley stops, several restaurants. We highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed.

This property was perfect for a family trip. The open concept layout worked really well and having a first floor bedroom was a nice way to split things up for more privacy. The place looks just like the pictures and the host was very attentive. I definitely recommend this place.

Successful and enjoyable first Vrbo experience! Cute little house that had everything we needed - from the well stocked kitchen to the array of selections on the tv. Off-street parking space behind the house was great but there were often open (free) spaces in front of the house as well - just be aware of street cleaning days/times. Location offers a short easy drive to anywhere in the city - most of our drives were to SCAD as we were moving our freshman onto campus! Overall, a great trip and we would stay again!

We adored our stay in this sweet home. The front porch warmly welcomed us with a rocking chair and a porch swing. The inside of the home was just as welcoming and comfortable. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms was more than enough for our family. My six year old son was elated that he had a TV in his bedroom! Parking in the rear of the property and also available on street except for certain days.
The hosts were wonderful with communication and would reply within seconds of me sending a message. I would jump at the chance to stay at one of their properties again. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

BY FAR one of the best places I have stayed. Great location/neighborhood; nice to sit out and relax on front porch; very quite and peaceful; easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Two single women - so very nice to have privacy of two floors with bathrooms. Mostly - - this is BY FAR the best stocked place I have ever stayed. Felt like I could be in my own home with the provided spices, utensils, cookware, personal care supplies, etc. If this was my home, there isn't much I would change.

4 of us on our bowling team have bowled together for 3 years. We decided we needed time off. We chose Savannah! 315 Park Street was perfect for us to spread out, walk the city, hang out and prepare our meals. Awesome! Home looks just like the pictures! Very safe part of town. We will be back!!!

We were entertaining friends from Washington State who were visiting us in Fernandina Beach and only had a one night stay in Savannah. Communication with the host was good, property was clean, well appointed and convenient to tourist area. Beds were a bit soft to our taste but that might be a plus for other guests. Would recommend and would certainly stay again. It was pricy for a one night stay because we paid the same add on fees and cleaning fee we would have paid if we stayed a week or more.
