Lugar para descansar bien.

Tenía una alberca pequeña. Habitaciones amplias, había 3 baños.

Hay partes que están en mal estado si uno es minucioso.

Bel endroit et bon rapport qualité prix malgré quelques bémols

La piscine sur le toit et la terrasse vue mer La proximité avec la 5eme avenue sans le bruit La propreté

La mauvaise insonorisation, la personne qui dormait dans le salon n’a pas pu beaucoup dormir la 1er nuit ( soir de Noël ça a sûrement jouer) à cause des bruits de l’ascenseur Les appartements sont un peu vétustes L’eau de la douche était froide ou tiède dans les meilleurs cas

Good place for a limited budget if you don't need to work from the hotel

The best part was the location. Very close to the heart of Playa del Carmen. Rooms has a lot of space and it was great to have 3 bathrooms for ur group. A lot of nice places to go and restaurants nearby. Good quality price. The pool is a nice touch although a bit shallow.

Unfortunately the internet was very bad. Not stable and only few devices could connect at the same time. There was a lot of noise coming in from outside and the elevator. When we requested something additional (towels, pillows) we got them but it took some time and they don't seem to have personnel for the guest but someone to check for customers from time to time

Worst experience ever !

The 2 persons working there, Wendy and the cleaning lady were nice and helpful.

Rooms are disgusting, stains all over the sofa, beds headboards, hairs everywhere, all equipment is old and broken (see photo of microwave), apartment is dark with only one window, pool is really small, old and fall into pieces. Don’t expect to swim. We were supposed to spend a week but left after 1 night that we didn’t even sleep since the locker in the bedroom , that was locked and not usable, rang every 5 min for entire night. Don’t be fooled by photos of the owner, reality is really different, find something else!!

Very nice space and location, but units missing some basic items.

Very spacious. Nice location. Off-street parking (though the garage is very cramped!). Pretty quiet in the building since there are only two units per floor. Only noise we really had to deal with was when loud guest were going up/down the stairs. Good bit of street noise, but that is to be expected. Host was very helpful and responsive. Check in and check out were painless. Nice little dinner table and lounge area on the roof.

Various basic things were not in the unit. No oven or kitchen towels. No kitchen mats. Our unit did not have bath washcloths. No extra trash bags. Extra toilet paper would have been nice. There was a washer/dryer, but no detergent. Coffee maker required special pods. It would have been nice if a few of them same stocked with the room, but there were none. We bought some of the missing items for ourselves nearby for cheap, but it's just annoying to have to do the shopping run. To be fair, I didn't ask the host first. Perhaps they'll bring them if asked, but I'd rather not have to ask. I think housekeeping visits incur an extra fee. I always turned it down (got asked several times to the point I wasn't sure if I was being rude by declining the service) since we didn't want to take the time to tidy the unit before a cleaning could occur (whole family staying for 2 weeks, so we were pretty spread out).

Good

I like that you could walk to shop and go to restaurants. I liked the coffee pot. I enjoyed the pool and the view. I liked the AC and TV.

Washer made a horrible noise. Not enough towels and washcloths. No dish towels. Beds were hard. No hot water most days. The parking was difficult.

Would of liked the stay to be like we expected from day one. If it’s guaranteed, I do recommend the place.

Location, the apartment it self. You get what they promise (since day 2 in our case unfortunately).

We didn’t get an apartment in conditions to be rented in the first night. neither had hot water and got 2 out of 4 towels. Wifi didn’t get to the room we were not able to use the stoves. We lost as well half of the next day until they changed us to a different apartment in the building. We didn’t get a Refund for this lost day.. Once changed, the stay was excellent, we got all what was promised and any small issue was solved immediately and would score great.

Good and clean apartment, 2 separated bedrooms which is great for family with kids. It is very close to touristic part of the city and beach but not too close for music from restaurants to be heard. there are ventilators and conditioners in each room, necessary for such hot weather. 3 separated bathrooms saved kids from competing over toilets.

Apartment has a kitchen but there very little accessories on the kitchen to cook meals. Basic stuff like salt, sugar was missing and we had to buy it in the supermarket nearby. No fen in the flat as well.

Nice condo hotel but not suitable for long stays.

The central location is great for access to the beach, 5th Avenue, stores and services . The rooftop views are amazing. The unit is modern, very clean and stocked with kitchenware in good condition. The host and staff are friendly are very responsive to solving problems.

My family of three rented the unit for a month and while it was modern and clean it was in need of maintenance. The ensuite bathrooms have water damage and bad mildew on the ceilings. We often had little or no hot water for showering. The master bedroom door does not fit the frame and cannot be closed. The listing shows a different unit to the one we got. The kitchen has minimal cooking utensils and there are no cleaning supplies (had to buy a broom and request a pasta pot to go with the single fry pan). The coffee machine is a specialty one that requires expensive pods. The rooftop spa area is in need of repair (but that was being worked on during our stay). The condo-hotel is on a busy road that is very noisy and the front window does not adequately dampen the sound.
