The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries. THINGS TO KNOW No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas. Property does not accept or participate in sports team events and/or discounts Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The condo was very cozy and spacious and was ideally located for access to the ski lifts/gondola. We enjoyed walking to shops and restaurants for dinner. After skiing, we loved relaxing in the afternoon sun in the hot tub and on our balcony.

Clean and well appointed condo with easy access to the slopes. Great to have a fireplace and a well stocked kitchen. The hot tubs were open and available for single family use. The staff at Torian Plum were very helpful.

My family loved everything about Torian Plum! The condo was beautiful, amazing location next to the base of the slopes and many restaurants, and the staff was amazing! The staff we’re all friendly and helpful from start to finish! We can’t wait to book again for next year.

Unit at Torian Plum was so nice. Extremely well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds, great towels. Loved the layout. Easy access for skiing in and out. Nice perk to have shuttle that took us into town and grocery store. Would definitely book this unit again. Staff at Torian very helpful!

Our family of 4 loved this condo! The location can't be beat for access to the mountain. Just a few steps to the slope and then you can ski down to the Gondola. The shuttle to downtown was great so we never had to drive. The kids loved the outdoor heated pool & hot tubs. Overall great place & we would highly recommend it!

Enjoyed a fantastic two week fall vacation at Creekside 317. The spacious condo is nicely decorated, clean and the kitchen is well appointed. The large balcony with table and chairs was wonderful. Janeth, the property manager is great in work with. Thank you for a great vacation. We will be back!

I have rented numerous times at Torian Plum..and always from Janeth. One of the most convenient locations at the ski are base..All of her units are exceptional and her service is professional..She is very knowledgeable about the entire area..We'll definitely be returning to Steamboat and the Torian, and will certainly be calling Janeth again.

This place is the perfect condo. The location is ideal. Ski in, short walk to Gondola. 3 large hot tubs so even on a crowded weekend (President's Day weekend) there was always room for our group. It's located right behind the big Apres Ski spot (Slopeside Grill). The condo is spacious and roomy. Fireplace was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you'd need. Having in-room laundry was clutch. The property manager was always there if you needed anything (which we did not). We will definitely be back and won't stay anywhere else - this place was PERFECT.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Torian Plumb 317. The condo was very accessible from parking garage and right on the mountain. Everything was a very short walk, and the bus was right out front to take you downtown. We will be back.

We would recommend this property to any family. The condo is beautiful, immaculate, furnished nicely and has a great floor plan. This is one of the nicest places that we have stayed. We like cooking and the kitchen is open to the living space. There are lots of windows and the patio looks out on the Ski Time Square (and a view of the swimming pool). We were able to relax, enjoyed the pool and hot tub -- and even listened to the Friday evening concert at the base from the patio. The property manager, Janeth, was responsive to our emails and we received all of the check in instructions before our planned visit. Wonderful stay!

If you can, you must stay at this condominium! Everything was perfect with new bedding, carpet, kitchen items and all! The kids loved the pool and hot tub. This home was very cozy and just perfect for a long weekend getaway!
