Felt like a home away from home. A safe environment in a local community.

Fantastic to have real milk in the fridge rather than the UHT variety. Great shared accomodation with a bathroom each.

Very good

Price for the space was well worth it. Super clean. Beds actually had proper blankets and not just sheets. Awesome facilities and very homey. Directions from manager with pictures were so easy to follow. Close to so much stuff!

It was a little hard on maps to understand how to get into it.

The only good thing was the pub across the road from the hotel the food there was outstanding 5 star

The bed , no microwave, the fridge could only fit 3 or 4 drinks in it. It was so small about the size of a carton of coke but with a shelf in the middle of it could even put a ice pack in it and had to buy a bag of ice every day

This was a great place to stay, convenient location.

There were supplied options available which were quite good. Replenishments were available on request.

The pro and con of this place was it was on the top floor. Great view, just having to get up with luggage.

No top sheet, doona cover looked unwashed and covered in stains, only 1 towel, both sheet and towel felt like they had been washed in oil. Stairwell into the appartment smelt badly of vomit. Apartment difficult to find, poor signage.

The unit itself was good and clean. The host needs to step it up to have more "motel" options.

The host was fantastic when it came to fixing a wi-fi issue. She did everything possible to have it fixed asap. It was also close to shops and restaurants.

The breakfast options were weak. The loaf of bread was there to make toast but there was no margarine to butter it with. The only option were jam pods. I would have supplied the margarine cubes and vegemite pods as well so toast could be cooked. Also, more cereal options. A pack of multiple travel cereal packs would have been ideal. Also, hand towels in the bathrooms to dry your hands would have been nice.

The location is perfect with a shopping center across the road. The rooms are huge, the kitchen is well equipped and very spacious, the bathrooms are spacious. The apartment is on the top floor so its very quiet and the aircon works really well.

We loved the accommodation. Communication with host was incredible as they would answer within 15mins. Right across the road from the shops. Would definitely stay again.

Close to shop's, food outlet's. Nice and clean even had toothbrush and toothpaste! Breakfast included.

Just the stairs as there was no lifts to top floor.

It was just ok but I would not stay there again

The host allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. It was handy to where we needed to be.

The balcony was filthy - covered in bird poo. The unit was up 4 x flights of stairs, which we didn't know - had to lug a 20kg suitcase up and down those stairs. Only 2 towels in total supplied. Not much in the way of kitchen cooking equipment supplied. Window sills dirty. Blankets on beds stained.

Was a great location close to everything, clean spacious and comfortable -milk bread and cereal was a great extra Host was easily contactable

location of unit and key was hard - Beds were not comfortable and linen was poor quality we would stay again but take our own linen. booked this with elderly family and was unaware of the amount of steps for them.... this wasn't ideal

perhaps could have provided a little jam or vegemite for the breakfast along with butter. Location not good for people with mobility issues or lots of luggage. Fine for my purposes

This was our second stay here. We enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment and it is very handy to the shopping centre.

It would be really nice to have balcony furniture (instead of 1 flimsy camp chair). We both would have liked to sit out on the balcony in the evening. There is still no wine glasses in the kitchen and the beds are way too hard (like sleeping on concrete 😩).

Would definitely stay here again!

Day of check in a detailed description of where and how to get the keys, code and parking were texted along with photos. The apartment was clean, tidy and equipped with all our needs including a simple breakfast (bread, raisin bread, butter, milk, coffee, sugar and tea) 3 bedrooms all have comfortable beds (king, queen and double) with plenty of extra bedding if needed. Air conditioning in lounge and 2 bedrooms, 2 balcony’s, bathroom with washer and dryer, ensuite, both bathrooms have plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, fully functioning kitchen with dishwasher. Central to all of Forest Lake shopping centre. Felt very safe and secure.

Great place to stay, definitely larger than we expected which was fantastic. Location was fantastic.

Breakfast was fine, added bonus. Location was perfect for our needs, close to everything and everyone.

Absolutely everything, perfect position - it was close to the local shopping center and and take always all within 5mins drive. There was also the local lake which we used to take pictures for the wedding photos.
