We did not have the good stay at this vacation rental. first of all, the rental needs to state there is no A/C and only one window opens for air. Also, that the unit faces the busiest street, and it is obnoxiously loud. The bed is a full and in horrible condition my husband slept on the couch that is not even a couch which was also uncomfortable. We both woke up with back pain. Please take some unsolicited advice and make the unit more comfortable to accommodate for the bad location. To top it all off the water heater went out and instead of moving us we waited for 2 hours while the owner/Maintenace sat on the phone with tech support to fix it. Oh, and there is more we did not bring shampoo and asked if we could get some and they did not believe there was none and had us take a picture to prove it. This was our 27th wedding anniversary and was probably the worst place we have ever stayed. I would not recommend this place. READ THE OTHER REVIEWS!

301 Valentina is beautiful and was great for the two of us. Note that this rental might feel a bit cramped for more than two people. It was clean and all the amenities (especially the gated parking area, washer & dryer and Keurig coffee maker) were great and much appreciated. The property manager (Coastal Vacation Rental staff) is awesome! - they are friendly, professional quick to respond and answered all of our questions. We also appreciated the text updates about the rental before we arrived.Lastly, we loved how close Valentina was to downtown Pismo and the beach... all within walking distance. Thankfully, it was relatively quiet in Pismo during our stay, so outside noise wasn't an issue. The only suggestions I have are (1) Provide more white washcloths - there were only a few and we had to do a load of laundry just to have fresh wash cloths. (2) Replace your white towels after they become discolored/dingy looking. (3) It would be nice if the bathroom had a countertop for toiletries, hair tools, etc. I had to use the nearby desk outside of the bathroom for these items. Hopefully a bathroom upgrade is in 301 Valentina's future :). (4) Perhaps move the bed closer to the door leading to the living area - maybe like six inches so that there is a bit more room to get out of the bed on the side - it was almost right up against the wall side closest to the window. (5) I understand that the futon is practical as another sleeping area/bed, but it wasn't very comfortable to just sit on while watching TV. Some reviewers complained about the (Italian-themed?) music playing throughout the building - it was actually pretty subtle and didn't bother us. These are all minor things and we would still consider staying at this or another Valentina Suite again. But even if not Valentina Suites, we definitely plan on renting through Coastal Vacation Rentals in the future. Thank you for a great experience.

We had no idea what to expect arriving at Valentina but needed a quiet few days with easy access to the surf. We got just that! Well- equipped and cleverly designed the apartment was very comfortable and brilliantly located - everything in PB was within an easy walk. But having the car right under the building was a big help. The beds were notably comfortable (including the sofa bed- but note the only toilet can only be accessed through the bedroom). The piped music throughout the common spaces of the complex was of dubious benefit. We saw, but didn't use, the helpfully provided beach toys and bicycles in the parking space. Altogether, it was a pleasure staying at Valentina. We found the rental agency slightly patronising, and a bit clueless dealing with a credit card confusion ahead of our stay. But they did the needful and returned our safety deposit a working week after our stay.

We 1st stayed at Valentina last summer in a 3 bedroom unit in the 200's and were very happy with our accommodations, so we thought we'd give it a 2nd try. This time we only needed one bedroom since it was just my husband, our 3-year old and myself.Positives: When making comparisons and booking, I found that this suite was very reasonably priced. Our room was ready on time and there was plenty of parking. Also always love that there's a bellman cart to use. Our unit again had modern furniture and appliances and the kitchen and living room were great spaces. There's a nice entertainment system and surround sound. The bathroom is huge. The property overall is beautiful. We love the location as well--a very easy walk to the beach and main drag with all of the shops and restaurants.Cons: This side of building is much noisier than the ocean side. The cars and delivery trucks on Price Street can be very loud, especially when you need the windows open in the summer months for cooler air. The bedroom is VERY small. You can't even open the closet or bathroom doors all the way. Poor building planning since they easily could have taken feet off of the bathroom and the living room to make the bedroom more manageable. Also hated that you could not open any windows in the bedroom. It was quite stuffy since it reach higher temps each day we were there. When we stayed on the ocean side last year, we were able to get much better breezes through the unit, so no air-conditioning wasn't as much of an issue. As we went to go to bed, we soon realized that the floors were quite dirty by the looks of the bottoms of our feet. Like last time, you could hear every step of the people above us as well. Overall though, we still really like Valentina Suites and we will most likely be back soon...just on the ocean side of the building for sure! We've also recommended Valentina to many friends.

We love the place. The only Problem was the worn out and heavily soiled sofa. Covering the sofa with the bed spread and adding a few bed pillows solved the problem. This was are third summer at Valentina. We hope to return next year.

We had the best time and the stay was wonderful. so homie I was able to feel at home make breakfast every morning and start our day outings with a full tummy. so close to town everything in walking distance. I didn't even feel like leaving back home.... We had to find a place that was available last minute due to a medical emergency in the area. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff we did have contact with was very nice and helpful. Despite the circumstances under which we came here for, it did help to keep our family together and in a beautiful place. We all said we would go back there to spend a long weekend.

We enjoyed the Villa Valentina. Proximity to businesses and the beach is great, and the property has a more historic feel than I expected. This unit is on pretty busy street and has a lot of traffic noise. The bathroom is nice and large, but the bedroom is quite small. Living, dining kitchen area is adequate for a couple. We were at Villa Valentina with our children and grandchildren and ate in a larger unit. That would have been less pleasant in this unit... no balcony, and the kitchen was less well equipped, though certainly adequate. In general, the private parking for the building,elevator and luggage cart, proximity to everything needed makes Villa Valentina a great place to stay in Pismo. They were having an issue with garbage pick-up, but Coastal Vacation office was responsive to the problem. The office staff was very pleasant and easily available.

The place was small and cozy. We stayed for 2 nights. We loved the fact that it was steps away from the beach and restaurants. We were able to walk everywhere. I wish there had been a tv in the bedroom. Would have been nice to watch it at night. The only cons were that the bathroom mirror was dirty, as well as a few other things in the bathroom. And the soap dispenser in the bathroom was cracked. My husband and I tried cleaning most of it, even though it was like that when we got there. We were afraid someone would slip and fall. Also in the living room there was a lot of sand on the floor. We noticed it when we opened up the sofa bed. Other than that we liked the location.

In addition to the title of our review, the property was very nice overall. We appreciated the secure (gated) off-street parking. Our unit did not offer a view of the ocean but was easily accessible to everything in Pismo Beach and away from the crowds.

The property had all the comforts of home. In particular, the kitchen was well organized and well stocked. Throughout the property seemed much more up-to-date than most vacation rentals. The gated parking was a nice plus. The exterior of the property is well maintained and landscaped. The location is very near the heart of downtown Pismo Beach with easy access to restaurants, stores, the pier/beach and the highway. The only very minor negatives were the TV remote didn’t work and there was more noise than expected from the highway. I would very happily stay at the Valentina again any time I am in the area. Other members of our family were also staying in a different unit and felt the same.

Great property near the heart of Pismo Beach
The property had all the comforts of home. In particular, the kitchen was well organized and well stocked. Throughout the property seemed much more up-to-date than most vacation rentals. The gated parking was a nice plus. The exterior of the property is well maintained and landscaped. The location is very near the heart of downtown Pismo Beach with easy access to restaurants, stores, the pier/beach and the highway. Great Location!
This property is a great location to the pier and beach. Easy walk to both.. Great location for food also.
The room was not quite as nice as they said it would be. The bed was so worn that I had to sleep in the middle so I didn’t roll over the side. Linens were old and worn. The housekeeping was terrible. I had to clean the bathroom medicine cabinet because it had sticky stuff all over it. The bathroom rugs were dirty and I could see people’s dirty feet on them. I had to cover them with towels. In this time of Covid I really expected it to be cleaner than it was. Would I stay at this location again, the answer is yes. But would I stay at this one, I am not sure.. I really feel bad about having to give this review, but with Covid and all I expected more from it…

Valentina stay
My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Valentina in Pismo Beach. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to restaurants and shops.
A couple of minor complaints (and these are more about the property than our room):
-- The lobby and the outside of the property have this marketing soundtrack about the history of the inn that plays over and over again. It drove us crazy every time we left our room.
-- There was also musak that played all day long throughout the complex. Our first night, it was some jarring Spanish guitar music that we could hear inside our room until 10pm. On subsequent nights, it was more soothing, but still, a little bit loud.
-- The location of the property really doesn't give you much in the way of a view of anything. We had a view of one of the streets. In the future, we'll probably pick a property closer to the ocean.
