This Castle Glen home sits above it all and backs to the Eagle preserve offering majestic views of nature and the ski slopes. You will be instantly drawn to the expansive windows and deck to take in the serenity you were looking for in your mountain vacation. Get ready to fall in love with the secluded spa and firepit nestled among large boulders. This mountain retreat has massive log beams, vaulted ceilings along with 9 foot sliders. The newly Built Addition now makes this a two story home! The newly added downstairs includes an entertainment room with 2 new bedrooms & bathrooms, a wet bar, new pool table, and two smart TV'S! Please do not place anything on the pool-table.The owner's suite also offers great views, soaring ceilings, fireplace & jacuzzi tub. This home is great for entertaining or just getting away from city life! * Max occupancy -16 people, 11 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time. * Parking Details: Max of 5 cars on-site. (Does have garage access) * IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS HOME IS STRICTLY NOT PET FRIENDLY! NO EXCEPTIONS DUE TO MEDICAL REASONS. FAILURE TO COMPLY MIGHT RESULT IN FINES UP TO $1000 OR MORE FOR DEEP CLEANING. The same way you are expecting us to answer all your questions, concerns and help you out with any issue you might have in a timely manner, we are expecting you to be respectful of the home and the rules. Most of these rules are enforced by city officers since they follow a code or regulation at a city level, some are just to keep the homes as perfect as we possibly can, believe me when I say, all I care is for my guests to have an amazing experience and for my owners to love our services, but for that, rules need to be respected on both sides. - Face-to-face check-in is mandatory by the city code, we will check you in at our office, which is in the Village, it will be quick and easy I promise! - Parking at homes is enforced by city officers, no more cars than allowed please, if so, let us know and we will figure something out for you. - Max occupancy at the homes is enforced by us and the city, you cannot have more people than allowed, at any given time, please do not lie to us, that would just make it harder for you in the end. - You must be respectful with neighbors, if you have music going on, it needs to be inside the home as low as you can talk with your family and friends without raising your voice, think no one should hear the music from the outside. Quiet hours are from 2100 until 0800. - Most houses in Big Bear Lake do not have a/c, be aware of this, summer can be hot but at night with some windows open it gets super nice. - Ants, our super friendly ants are an issue, not a cleaning problem, they are just around. If you leave food over the counter tops, table or sugar, you will have ants soon enough, you have to clean after each meal, not just for good practice, but to avoid them, we put traps, spray and all, but the little ones are fast and don't care about it. - Taking the trash to the clean site is a city regulation, not mine. but if you have issues doing it, we can offer you a service who will charge you to do it for you, let us know. - You must be at least 24 years old to book any of our homes. We are a family-oriented company and we do not allow parties at all. The city will enforce this heavily and so do we. We appreciate you following these rules, communicate with us if you have any issues or concerns, we will always try our best to help you, that is why we are here. My family loved our getaway at this beautiful cabin. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after the slopes & the warm showers & bathrooms made it even cozier. Love the open space in the kitchen & living room. What a luxurious getaway!

My wife and I had such a wonderful time at this property. It's comfortable and modern, yet still feels like a cozy cabin. The neighborhood feels upscale and safe, the house itself has all the modern conveniences you could want. It's located near all the fun activities: Skiing, Tubing, the Village, etc. The cherry on the top was all the Christmas lights, Decorations; including the Xmas Tree! That made the entire experience feel magical. We even took a dip in the hot tub in 30 degree weather with the view of snow covered mountains. SoCal Vacations is great with communication and the entire process was easy and smooth. We highly recommend and even talked about booking a trip here again in the summer.

It was a 30th I’ll always remember. Hands down the best place to celebrate a milestone of a birthday. The home was in immaculate condition. The views were breathtaking and the hot tub was just right. Worth every penny. Thank you for hosting!

My husband and I decided to get away for Thanksgiving, and this was by far the BEST getaway and cabin stay in Big Bear we have had! This cabin was not only BEAUTIFUL, but it was quiet, clean, and comfortable!! It was in a dream location. It had everything we were looking for, beautiful views, cozy (everything....even the bath towels), everything worked (the jacuzzi, which can be rare). We enjoyed the bountiful fireplace, the comfy beds, the beautiful views, the quiet walks around the neighborhood, and cooking our Thanksgiving meal in the fully equipped kitchen. The check in process was easy and everyone was very nice! The owners of this cabin put personal touches and care into everything. We can't wait to return and enjoy another visit. Thank you to the owners for sharing your cabin with us!! My suggestion (NOT a complaint) to the owners, and I mean this in good fun, please label the light switches and leave directions how they work..lol...there are a lot of them and not regular switches. :) Can't wait to visit again!!
