Situated in Big Bear, this lovely house for $642 per night is a great option for your next break. Welcome to Heavenly Valley, an AvantStay home! A summer retreat on a private 1.5-acre lot with a heated in-ground pool and hot tub. The cabin has large living spaces, a game room with a pool table, and a wet bar. Come enjoy the private heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, private tennis court/basketball court, shuffleboard, horseshoe pit, and a very private guest house. The back of the house has the perfect private sled run in the winter. Heavenly Valley is located between Snow Summit (0.7 miles) and Bear Mountain (1.5 miles) and less than 2 miles from the lake. Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation. Nearby Attractions: Bear Mountain Ski Resort and Golf Course, Snow Summit Ski Resort, Grizzly Manor Cafe, Dank Donuts, Big Bear Lake Brewing Company, Tropicali, Big Bear Alpine Zoo, Castle Rock, Boulder Bay Park, Big Bear Marina, Big Bear Discovery Center, Alpine Pedal Path. Experience Big Bear, AvantStay style. All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities. Home Truths: - This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet and a deposit of $300. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am. - No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. - Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. - Pool heat is a paid feature and must be requested 24-48 hours before the day of check-in. - Pool and tennis courts are not available during the Winter season (Oct-Apr) - This property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and guests may receive fines for violating the City's quiet hours. - This home can accommodate 16 people but a maximum of 12 adults. - Bedroom 5 is located in the guest house. - This home has a full-size day bed in the hall area downstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living area. - Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on the property. - AvantStay plows and clears the driveway and one pathway to the front door. We provide shovels for guests to use should they wish to clear paths on any other part of the property. Parking Details: 5 cars can park onsite. This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib and a high chair available. --- The room configuration is as follows: Primary Bedroom / King bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 2 / 2x bunk beds w/ ensuite Bedroom 3 / Queen bed w/ ensuite Bedroom 4 / 2 full beds w/ ensuite Guest House / Queen bed w/ ensuite & kitchenette Living Area / sleeper sofas Hallway / Day bed --- Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit. You will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

What a place. Lots of room. Lots of things to do no one was bored. Pool was nice. The only negative was the SPA would not heat above 85 degrees even following the exact directions given.

This property was booked because of the presence of a pool + hot tub. I selected to pay more for this property compared to neighboring one because of the pool + hot tub. According to management it was clearly listed in some fine print that the pool was not functional but the hot tub is functional. I was not aware of this until I directly asked for them to heat the pool before our arrival.
After we arrived, we discovered that there is a leak in the hot tub, constantly draining, and the heat pump was not heating up the water.
Management promised to send someone on Friday to look at the tub but unfortunately no one showed up and management did not follow up with us.
The tennis court had many cracks, but nothing to make it hazardous.
The house was beautiful and spacious, with comfortable beds.
The kitchen was decent, was a bit tight but it did the job. It had two oven the top oven would only reach temp if the bottom oven was on.
The bathrooms were well maintained, good water pressure.
Plenty of parking space, huge driveway and massive garage.
Pool table is of great quality.
The furniture and finishes are great.
If you don’t care for the outdoor amenities and want to stay inside, this place will be perfect.

2021 Heavenly Vacay
With all the games, amenities and space, our kids forgot to use their electronics the whole time we were there. It was amazing and we loved every min of it!

Every one had enough space to be comfortable. There is plenty to do and plenty of places to enjoy. The pool area needed some sweeping and the pool filter maybe needed changing but over all no complaints will bookmthis place again

The house is realy beautiful very clean and very comfortable . The kids had so much fun in the game room actually we spend a lot of time there. The location is excellent close to the sky and the neighborhood is beautiful .I really revomend this house and we will be back for sure.

Great family rental
A well located, well furnished, sizable rental that is perfect for a large family rental. Property management staff kept it clean and the check in/check out policy was flawless. I recommend staying here if you have a family trip in mind.

We had 3 little ones and 6 adults. There was plenty of space to be comfortable. A lot to do at this property and the location was perfect and quiet. I would highly recommend. We also signed the guestbook :)

Great Weekend Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the place was great and the size of the property made it so that the kids could play in the snow without us having to leave :) We loved playing in the "game room"! I will note that when the spa heater stops , there is a pump that starts taking cold water from the pool and recirculates it into the spa until the temperature goes down to the pre-set 59 degrees. Something to keep in mind if you are out in the spa on a cold evening.

The Best First Big Bear Visit
Overall the property was beautiful. With the snow over the all the property. It was really a winter wonderland. For My family and I this was our first visit to Big Bear. Your property was the highlight of trip. Jessica was the biggest help. With minor issues we had like with the WiFi and how to work the heater. My family can’t wait to come back. We’ll see you soon. Beautiful home and great property
It's a fantastic winter destination. My only wish is that the hot tub would stay on (it stays on for 2 hours and then if you don't hit the button it turns off). Overall, though, a great place for a winter retreat and virtual check-in was painless.
