Okay

We found it quickly and it was clean.

The heater was very loud, without heater the flat was very cold. The facilities, matresses etc. were very old. Very few space in the bathroom to put anything. Not the ideal setting to get rid of a jet lag.

Definitely will come back.

Great location, comfy beds , clean. Was a short 5 minutes from VGH where we were visiting a family member. Great parking for our two vehicles.

Didn’t sleep in one of the rooms cause the bed frame was extremely wobbly. Definitely need a new stable bed frame. Especially if you have heavier set family members staying.

Great location just need to sort the noise of the heating system out.

Great location

Noisey heating system - continuous fan that randomly vibrated even louder at times Too hot - couldn't find a controller to turn it down. No washing machine...? TV mounted to high on the wall for such a narrow place. Would be better at fire place level and moving picture to were tv currently is. Tea towels to wipe dishes dry would be good.

Great value and super convenient location

The apartment was much nicer than shown in the pictures. The beds were extremely comfortable. Amazing value.

There were some issues with the heat but the owner was working on it

Basic apartment in a great location.

Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of central Vancouver and Kits beach.

The walls are thin such that noises travel easily and there are moving sensor lights which get triggered at night when anyone uses the bathroom, so with a full house it is difficult to have uninterrupted sleep.

Good place, just a few things could be improved

Good location, good value. The items available (coffee, soap, shampoo etc)

Only one fan. With no AC more fans are definitely needed. Sent two messages to the host while there. No response to either message. No screens on the windows? Bugs can get in but have to leave them open as it was so hot.

the layout was good, big enough for our party of six.

there were many small things that good have been easily improved too many samples of mouthwash etc taking up counter space, etc. some of the drawers were not cleaned out. screens not put properly on the windows, etc.

Great location! Basic accommodations.

Great location!

Pretty basic accommodations. There was an odd smell in the room when we arrived (pot?). The furnace went out on our first night, but the owner was quick to get it fixed (after providing us with a space heater for the in-between). It says that there are 4 beds, which is technically correct, but the 4th bed was just shoved into a closet, making that room very crowded.

Nothing only location

Not good for more than 2-3 persons as only one washroom, entire home was cold, not cleaned, laundry available but it was occupied by others and you have take out clothes and put yrs. No cleaning, used shampoo were there, no soaps for shower. Not good at all.

This place is great. Very clean, good and quiet location. Parking is easy. Lots of room to rest. Good place to use as a base when in Vancouver.

quiet beautiful street owners very thoughtful easy access to kits tons of space

bring a car or be ok with walking we loved the walks but if you can’t or don’t you may need one or use Lyft or Uber

The beds were made very roughly - at first I thought the linen wasn't fresh but realised they beds just weren't made very professionally

not newly renovated but clean, comfortable and convenient!

the location was perfect for us - walk to Granville Island and then ferry to Plaza. the property is roomy and very clean. beds are comfortable and owners very responsive. it was also very quiet

it is not newly renovated. while it is clean, it is tired looking and could use a coat of paint. no legs on the couch so very low to sit in.

Not recommend for larger groups

Great, quiet neighborhood

We had booked for a larger group. Instead of the sofa-bed that had been advertised, there was an air mattress we had to self inflate. Bedding and bed linens were not provided for all.

Very comfortable stay however not newly renovated.

Excellent location. Minutes from bus route to downtown. Hosts very accommodating. Bottles of water, toiletries and coffee pods replenished during the stay. Laundry washing facilities available. Control of heat and cool air was great. Overall very comfortable stay.

Property is advertised as newly renovated however this is not the case. It didn't effect our stay but property name should be changed. Lots of extra furniture. Two desks in one bedroom, left a pretty big room feeling very cramped.

Good quiet location, easy to get hold of the host , vert attentive

Very quiet neighborhood, walking dusting to supermarket. Host is caring to drop off fresh towels and water on our day 3.

Would prefer a duvet cover on our comforters . No shower gel !
