Located just over a mile from Eagle Lodge and Mammoth Village, this condo will have you skiing, hiking, or golfing in no time, with a community swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna waiting to welcome you back home. This bright corner condo boasts an open layout, a living room with a cozy pellet stove, and an outdoor deck where you can dine in the summer sun. You'll also have a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and flatscreen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. THINGS TO KNOW The internet in this area is unreliable. This home does not allow early check-in. Please remember to bring your pool towels, we only provide regular towels for your stay. While pots and pans are available for use, as a safety precaution, consumables such as oil, spices, and coffee are not provided. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Upon arrival after our 8 hour drive, we discovered there were no ice trays for beverages and no wine or cocktail glasses. To use the fireplace, the handout guide contained instructions belonging to another brand for the pellet heating stove. Very frustrating! So no ambiance for a cool Fall night in beautiful Mammoth Lakes. We reached out Vacasa the following day, but after a day of hiking, we missed a 7 pm cutoff for a local person to assist.
The local Vacasa help was nice enough to bring us ice trays and wine glasses on day 2.
The pellet stove issue was also resolved by the local representative.

We went up for a quick Mammoth fishing trip and needed a small place just to sleep. This condo was perfect. the bed in the room was large and comfortable and the pull-out couch was as well. They had a nice large TV (but not many channels but I set up my Firestick and things were great). Most rentals have a small showerhead in the shower but this one was nice and large, great for a nice hot shower.

This property was the perfect location for our family of 3. Close to Vons and lots of great restaurants, and a short drive to the mountain.
The property was easy to access (excellent directions), very clean upon entry, and easy to navigate directions on how to use the amenities. The complex constantly plowed the walkways, which was wonderful since it snowed 5 feet during our stay!
We would definitely come back here again.

The only thing that could be improved is having storage for your clothes. There is 2 small bedside tables with small drawers to put your clothes in and the closet is okay but has stuff in it. We made it work though. The condo itself is really nice. We loved it 👍👍

The unit was clean for the most part except for the sugar/flour/spice jars in the cabinets and some light switches. Had enough towels, extra linens, blankets, essential dishes, cleaning supplies. Appliances were newer. Parking car was easy and no problems with using code to get in and out. No problems with TV or wifi. Good for two adults. The bathroom was tight.
BIGGEST PROBLEM-NOISE FROM UPSTAIRS unit. There were 6 snowboarders (they left their boards on the balcony so we could see them) while we were there during Christmas holidays. You could hear the mens' voices and make out conversations in particular and sing along with their music 7am until they left in the mornings and then picked up again around 6pm until midnight, could hear them walk up and down stairs or anything dragging or moving across the hard floor, flushing and shower use. Owner/Property mgmt should not charge high rates because of this possibility.

We stayed here for a week. Good location close to the grocery store and coffeeshops. Clean and adequate for a week. Some of the windows didn’t open and the ones that did had screens that weren’t properly aligned, so bugs were able to sneak in. Kitchen was fine and bathroom looked newly remodeled.

The condo is very nice and we greatly enjoyed our stay: relatively updated furniture and appliances, open layout, large, comfortable, and very clean. Location is only about 5 minutes by car to Mammoth Mtn, so very convenient for skiing / snowboarding which was the purpose of our trip. Very close to stores and restaurants such as Vons, etc. is also ideal.
However, there was two negatives with the condo. Firstly, we could not get the wood pellet stove to work even after trying for about 30 minutes and exactly following the directions. It would not light, so we suspect it is broken. (Auto ignition did not work so we even tried to light the wood pellets with a match and lighter fluid that is provided, but this did not work either.) This was disappointing for us since we were looking forward to using the stove while watching a movie. The second negative was there were not enough pillows. The pillows provided are very small and I have a bad back so need extra pillows. It was just my son and I staying at the condo, so there should have been sufficient pillows provided. We looked everywhere in the condo, but could not find any extra pillows. I called the vacation management company, Vacasa, but they were no help. They are very professional and polite, but have almost no info. The customer service rep told me I could buy items that are needed at a local store if we could not find them in the condo. Hopefully, the owners either fix the wood pellet stove or explain better in the directions how to ignite the pellets and provide extra pillows. If they do this, I would give the condo an A+ rating.

Easter Weekend!
This is a very spacious, comfortable, updated and well equipped condo. Our family had a great time. We liked that is was close to Eagle lodge, that is was ground floor for easy load in, close to the hot tub and the TV with apple tv built in made the entertainment center very easy.

Both my wife and I enjoyed this property very much! The bed is very comfortable. Even though this is a one-bedroom one-bath, it feels very spacious. The living area was well-equipped with a very comfortable couch and loveseat. The kitchen had a Keurig (a must-have for us!). Close to town, so we could walk or drive to our favorite restaurants (The Stove, Mammoth Tavern, The Warming Hut). The property is just yards away from the town loop trail, so you can take a walk or jog easily. Very quiet as well.
