Welcome to this three-bedroom, 1,450-square-foot second-floor home right in the center of Newport Beach - just a short walk (or about ten houses) from the sand with no major streets to cross. Take walks on the beach, enjoy live music, and sit and relax in the comfort of this vacation home and play shuffleboard with the family. As you enter this pristine, light, bright home, you'll notice the many windows in the great room. The living area - with a comfortable seating nook - and a large TV is a great place to relax, recharge, and reconnect in between your various adventures and excursions. There is also a balcony and a shuffleboard table. A dining table that seats eight is large enough for everyone to eat together inside. It is accompanied by a modern kitchen with everything you need to create meals and snacks for your family and friends. All you need to do is add the food and have fun. All bedrooms and bathrooms are furnished with a generous supply of premiere linens to ensure you are comfortable. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, WIFI, and Hulu for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW Stairs are required to access this second-floor home, so it may not be appropriate for everyone. This home (like most in this moderate climate coastal area) does not have air-conditioning. No smoking is allowed inside or outside. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc. Please note: reservations for this home will not be refunded if canceled within 60 days of arrival. This unit is managed by Vacasa Seasonals Inc. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The condo was nice… but not nearly as nice as the photos, the vinyl plank floors were literally coming apart in high traffic areas in the kitchen/ living room. Floors were pretty dirty, my 1&3 year olds feet were black they honestly just need to be replace the floors with something nicer so at no real fault to the sub letters/ cleaners. But other than that bedding was clean and house was pretty tidy. Would I stay here again? No, but it got the job done and was a lot cheaper than staying at Disneyland. Though I will say I inquired about coming a day earlier (a Wednesday) they wanted to charge more than double the nightly rate I was paying on the weekend. But I digress, it’s overall an alright place.

Perfect for 4 adults and 2 kids (ages 4 and 2). All 3 rooms have a TV, big closets and very comfortable beds. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and a grocery store. It's ideal spot to get away for a vacation!

We absolutely loved staying at this place! Everything was super clean, the beds are very comfortable, and there’s so much space for guests and hanging around. We had an quick walk to the beach, there’s a great coffee and breakfast spot across the street, and there are lots of things to do and restaurants within walking distance. The only complaint is that the shuffle board doesn’t work well/needs sand/the pucks are older and worn out. We had a blast, and you won’t regret this stay!

This was a very nice home in a great location. We really enjoyed our time hanging out with our family, relaxing and enjoying the beach. Shuffleboard was so much fun! We were sad to leave.

We were surprised at how large this unit was. All three bedrooms were nice sized and the central living area was large with an open-air layout. No central a/c, but two of the rooms had portable a/c's and with the multiple box fans and ceiling fans provided, we were able to stay comfortable in the August heat. Close to everything including the beach. We enjoyed out stay.

This was a nice property. Floor needs some repairs but it didn’t affect our stay. Two of the bedrooms had portable AC units but the third bedroom could use one too. We just moved them around too keep rooms cool. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo! We stayed here the third week of October; the weather was mid/high 70°s. The condo did get quite warm on the hotter days so we definitely wouldn't stay here in hot weather since there's no AC. They do have ceiling fans and multiple plug-in fans in the master closet.

We loved the close proximity to the beach! It's literally around the corner and a couple blocks to the sand. There are quite a few restaurants, bars, and stores nearby and a doughnut shop across the street.

Great location. Property had issues with the shower faucet, and the dryer. Listed one parking spot but 2 cars were always in the garage so we had to park on the street when there was a spot otherwise across the street but was concerned about getting towed.

The property was good. Pluses: bedding was comfortable, location was great and the shuffleboard was a crowd pleaser.

This is a nicely decorated house with spacious rooms. It was clean and was so close to a nice beach around 28th street. Easy to walk to groceries and restaurants. Only down was no AC which we needed. The house is on a busy street so it’s very loud with the windows opened. It would be a 10/10 with AC. I enjoyed our stay.

We loved this property. It’s a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was the best location for a girls getaway to celebrate my 50th birthday.
The bedrooms are spacious, the kitchen, living and dining area were the perfect size for our group of four.
The property manager was very responsive and the whole check-in / check-out process was so simple.
We will definitely return to this location.

Portable fans were provided in each room, so that was nice. The house was clean and the linens were clean and new.
A "welcome" bag was left with a sponge, some dishwasher soaps, dish soap, some extra toiletries and 1 extra roll of paper towels ( I had to go buy more), a couple of extra toilet paper rolls, a few bathroom trash can bags but only 3-4 kitchen trash bags. The trash is divided up into recycling and trash so 2 bags are needed at all times. We were there for 7 nights and definitely needed more trash bags.
Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The place is nice enough and in a great location for that part of Newport. It’s just if you’re in the master bedroom which is in front and you have the windows open so you can cool the place down at night you’ll definitely hear all the traffic.
