Very comfortable room with fully equipped kitchenette including dishwasher.
Friendly staff, approachable in case of any questions or needs.
Easy to reach with public transport.
The duvet was very worn out and was lacking filling material in the middle (it only had enough material at the edges).
It would be best to use synthetic duvets which are not subject to this problem, or if you really want natural duvets, please regularly monitor them and wash them gently to prevent wear and tear.
I did not mention this problem to staff as I could resolve it just by heating the room at higher temperature.

Great location and quiet for downtown, very convenient for UOttawa, Govt offices and some great places to eat. Transport easy to and from the airport, using Uber.
No staff to help with issues - ie the microwave broke.

I think the sonder is a great place to stay. They solved any problems I had and were always cheerful.
I had to move from one room to another based on my booking. When I came to the room it wasn't ready. The staff felt rushed and overall the quality of the room was not as good as the one I was in the week before.

C’était juste parfait dans l’ensemble. Une place propre, avec du monde gentil, des équipements de qualité. Le seul bémol est dans la propreté des ustensiles, les assiettes, chaudières, cuillères sont souvent placés dans les rangements avec des résidus alimentaires.

The room, the gym, and the facilities.
Also, the location is close to everything and you can manage on foot most of the time.
There were no staff. I barely saw people who served in shifts in the reception.
I didn't understand the change of towels policy. In other words, if you don't complain nothing will be changed.

Everything! The place was beautiful, cozy and included beautiful common spaces, a gym and game room for enjoyment. It honestly felt like home and I’m definitely looking forward to returning one day
Not a deal breaker, but I wish there was some form of food/snacks available inside the building…even a vendor machine of some type. But there are stores super close by so again this is not a deal breaker if you prepare well and get your own snacks before checkin in

Quiet and discreet, close to downtown. Good restaurants close by. Clean room, perfect for a couple staying for a few days. The kitchenette is well stocked. There is also a games room and a lounge area, if you need to get out of your room. There is paid parking under the building, but street parking is free from 9pm to 9am (not so easy to find a space Thursday to Saturday)
The closet to hang up coats and place boots is furthest from the door. Not so practical in winter.

Номер был немного маловат по размеру, не хватало небольшого диванчика в номере, но здесь уже вопрос цены

Personnel très agréable, l’hôtel est bien placé et c’est plutôt propre avec un bon équipement. La cuisine toute équipé est un véritable plus.
Très bruyant de jour comme de nuit, que ce soit dans l’hôtel même ou l’extérieur dans la rue.

Everything was as advertised, clean, if not smaller than expected. Had all the things we needed in the kitchen.
My wife fell getting into the shower. I have attached a picture of the tub in unit 617. The round grey spots are supposed to be rough so one does not slip. They are not, they have been worn smooth with cleaning. My wife did not realize this, and when she stepped into the wet tub she fell, fortunately out of the tub, and did not hit her head, only bruised her hip. We called the call centre and asked for a non-slip mat. Housekeeping came within 5 minutes with a terry mat for outside the tub. You should make sure all staff use the same words for items. The housekeeping staff returned within another 5 minutes with the non-slip mat seen in the picture attached. This unit should not be rented out without that non-slip mat in the bathroom.

The coffee machine was broken. We were there 48 hours and the staff never replaced it even though they said they would.

Kitchenette is very well equipped and it was easy to make breakfast and simple meals each day. Much better than average in this regard. Also a great gym for a hotel--including a squat rack which is very rare. Wifi was plenty fast for remote work.
It's a bit noisy, but they provide ear plugs and a white noise machines to mitigate this. There should be a deadbolt on the inside of the doors to make you more comfortable at night with the electronic key/code only. Still, felt very safe anyway.

The room is absolutely comfy and clean! The kitchen was incredibly cute and well equipped.
When I booked the hotel, I was told that the location was excellent, but I didn’t find a walking distance subway station from the hotel (maybe I didn’t have time to explore the region) or many restaurants around.

Kahve makinesi, ekmek kızartma, yeteri kadar havlu, mikro dalga fırın, normal fırın, büyük buzdolabı, ütü, ütü masası,bulaşık makinesi, bulaşık makinesi deterjanına kadar herşey düşünülmüştü. Birkez odayla ilgili bir sorun yaşadım ve sorunum çok kısa bir zamanda giderildi. Teşekkürler Sonder ailesi.

Spacious, clean and had everything you would need. Perfect for my family of 5.
It was hard to figure parking for our truck but there was plenty of street parking that was easy to pay online.

Clean, great location
Not really a complaint but a tip — Paying extra $20/day for attached parking garage was convenient but unnecessary on Sat/ Sun when there was plenty of free street parking that was well lit and close by.

The onboarding should be easier, definitely described that one needs to onboard prior to arrival. There is no one there to help if you arrive late, guessing the model without anyone on site might benefit from clear communication that one needs to register prior to arrival.
Better communication with system and onboarding, now I know not to expect any assistance..

The way the room was very practical but also looked really nice. I didn't want to leave. I even feel the room would be a great place to live in for a long time. The neighbourhood was great. It had everything I wanted and everything worked the way it should. I like this check in system and the app was actually very usefull. I used to to find nice places to eat around me and whenever I needed some information about the place it was easy to find.

Le lieu bien situé , assez proche du centre, de la rue des restaurants (Elgin Street) et de Bank st (commerces un peu plus alternatifs). Hôtel sans trop de personnel, l'appli gère les differentes phases mais très bien organisé, propre et confortable. Chambre très spacieuse pour le tarif. Cuisine plutôt bien équipée. Le système de dépose bagage pour le jour du départ fonctionne très bien (gratuit).
Un peu bruyant à cause de la circulation. Bien insonorisé à l'intérieur. Les abords de l'hôtel ne sont pas problématiques mais pas bcp de commerce à proximité immédiate.

Die Unterkunft ist modern, hell und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten eine Suite in 8 Stock mit toller Aussicht.
Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.
