Breakfast and location were great, staff were nice. Beautiful views from hotel and grounds.
Minimal plugs in the room, hairdryer broken whilst using and shocked my arm.
Thermal journey added to our bill without us booking it.
Advised on check in parking was complimentary however, had to pay £36 for parking on check out.

The position of the hotel was excellent for our holiday needs. Grounds beautiful and overlooking the lake. Staff very friendly. The toiletries were exceptional alongside the wonderful food at breakfast.
There was a grounds map on the reverse of the hotel information sheet informing us about breakfast and swimming pool times. I wish our attention had been brought to this; I would have explored the trail and viewpoints.

Spa was wonderful
No access to the basic leisure between 10am and 5:30pm
Beds were extremely noisy every time
You moved. We had to move room.
