I had my first ever solo trip here and I would love to do it again. I chose the Wellness Suite as it was a treat to myself to kick start the year. The views surrounding this room were exceptional. I felt well taken care of by every single staff. My room was clean and offcourse very spacious. Dinner every night was fantastic with its fine dinning experience. I thoroughly had an amazing time alone and would love to go back and share it with someone.

I was offered an upgrade to a spectacular room, a lake view toom which was just amazing, I was given a small yet yummy birthday cake after an amazing dinner with Rose pettles all over my table. Also a gift of choice. I indulged in a facial, swam in the heated pool and took a sauna. After our checkout time we could stay longer to enjoy the amenities. Upon checkout we were given special alp water and a bus voucher to our next destination.
This hotel stay was our most impressive and would certainly return.
That we had not booked to stay longer.

location very good , and good location for relax
account staff need more experience they polite , but made many mistakes. in invoice
, 1-they add stay cost which already paid
by booking
2- they add juice cost which we drink during dinner ( no body tell us that it’s extra cost )
so I advice all recheck invoice many times and all details
$$$$
