A few issues but liveable for two weeks

Location of the property was excellent, we were able to walk to almost every point of interest we visited. Our host was friendly, helpful and responded to our requests quickly.

Maintenance was a little lacking, door locks/handles were loose, window in the living area would not latch and the handle was very loose, hot water heater had a leaking hose on the hot water side. Apartment shows its age and use. There were fleas in the bedroom, must have had a previous guest with a pet, notified host at departure and were told they would disinfect the apartment before the next guest. If washing cloths, they need to be taken to the roof to dry, and there is only one small drying rack, would suggest a separate rack for each appartment.

A comfortable haven away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi

Home away from home! Great location and has everything you need, perfect for a short or long stay in Hanoi.

Needs more things in the kitchen like cutlery and glasses and somewhere to hang washed laundry on would be ideal - everything else was fab!

Great!

The property was okay. It was a little old and almost everything works manually.

The aircon in the living wasn’t getting cold and the bathtub was a little dusty. There wasn’t any floor mats. I stayed in the 6th floor, June apartment.

Genuine Homestay

This property is feel like when you are home.The owner is genuine and understand problem .This is also beneficial for vegetarians and they can cook food. Those who can’t cook,they can order vegetarian sushi which is available at 1st floor (for that you have to pay separate and the staff are good people and genuine).. If I came to Hanoi I would really like to book this property again..Cam Om and Happy Independence day 🇻🇳 from India 🇮🇳

Exceptional

The usability of the space was great. I was able to cook meals in the kitchen. The host was very communicative.

Not much to like.

The rooms are above a sushi bar. The elevator is dirty and stinky. The room and bathroom is old and dirty.

Good

Good appartment. It is not new, but clean. The appartment is for 4 person with 2 rooms. If you book for 2 person, the bed room with windows will be closed. But you can promise using only one bed, so you will get a key to the bed room, which is nice and cosy. The bed room windows overlook to a small road, so it is little bit noisy sometimes.
