Apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay! Host seems like a very nice person. Location is excellent, making it easy to walk everywhere plus the ice cream shop right across the street has some of the best we've tried. The only downside is if you have a sensitivity to smoke or just don't like the smell as it comes from the apartment that is very close to you.

Marijan was a great host, our flight was 3 hours late and he waited for us. The property is in a fantastic location, very close to the historic city centre, and with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall a great city break!

High ceilings, extremely quite, semi-private street, close to groceries (Aldi's) and lots of restaurants and shops. Big kitchen, living area. Nicely done living area. Quite reasonable pricing. Having stayed in many vacation homes, this one rates amongst the best. -Rudy

Wonderful tub to soak in. Owner is relaxed and friendly. Only small things I would change - the towels smelled bad, and the apartment is above a restaurant. It isn't quiet in the evenings. We loved this place!

Good location, just a few subway stops away from the old town centre

This is a clean, simple apartment, in a good neighbourhood. The location is convenient, as it is within walking distance (5 minutes or so) to the subway station, and from there, the city centre is only a few short stops away. Marijian the owner is very friendly, welcoming, and provides good advice on how to best spend your time in Vienna. I would definitely recommend.

We were so comfortable that we stayed longer and hated to leave. Convenient to museums, historic center, and public transportation. Kitchen is very well equipped and we ate in most nights. Marijan made us feel quite at home.

I stayed here last year in May and it was a very nice stay. It was centrally located in a nice area very close to the subway station. The apartment was very large and very comfortable. Marijan was very accomodating and friendly. I would recommend this place, and would return if I was going back to Vienna. The only suggestions I have is that it was initially hard to find, however once you knew where it was its in a lovely location. Also tip: the grocery store around the corner has odd hours that I was not used to.

We loved Vienna, and a large part of our loving Vienna was this place and Marijan himself. The location is central but not touristy, in a neighborhood full of quirky arty shops that made us very happy (best vegan ice cream *eve*r just across Neustiftgasse at Veganista!). The courtyard view out over the grape arbor is divine, and at night it's very quiet. Marijan has put a great deal of care and love into the apartment and seems to have considered every detail. He's a welcoming host and a fascinating person.

Great accommodation in the heart of Vienna

Great accommodation in the heart of Vienna

Our family of 4 stayed here for only 1 night, but it was perfect for exploring the major sights in Vienna, as well as having all the amenities we needed at 'home'. Our 2 teenage daughters loved the place as well and we enjoyed feeling a bit like locals staying here rather than a hotel. The apartment is on the older side and we did experience an odd smell late at night, but it didn't affect us much. There was everything in the kitchen you could need, and plenty of space to enjoy ourselves for a meal in. Restaurants and a supermarket were very close too, the apartment included a washing machine, books & guide books, tv (we didn't watch though). Marijan was extremely helpful and kind and let us stay for a very late check out the next day since our train left in the evening. We were back and forth sight-seeing and hanging out in the apartment all day - just perfect. Quick access to the metro & tram lines or walking distance to a lot of Vienna's sights. The only downside was the 'shower' which is a shower attachment in the bathtub, it made for a very wet bathroom after - plenty of towels were provided however. :) We would definitely go back & recommend this place to anyone. The perfect place

We couldn't have found a better place than Marijan's apartment. It was truly perfect in every way--great location close to everything, well-appointed, super comfortable pillows, lots of light and room to relax. Marijan is a gracious host--he provided a wealth of information about Vienna and was great communicating with us before the trip and answering our practical questions. Guests looking for comfort, great location and a gracious host will be hard-pressed to find a place better than this.

La experiencia en Viena ha sido estupenda en gran parte gracias a la comodidad del apartamento, su situación y el buen trato por parte de Marijan (nos encontramos hasta una botella de vino de bienvenida). El apartamento es amplio y limpio, completamente equipado. La calefacción funciona estupendamente, lo cual es un punto cuando fuera hay nieve. Se puede ir andando a todos sitios, hay dos supermercados al lado y está muy bien comunicado con el aeropuerto. En definitiva: MUY RECOMENDABLE.

The good many reviews of this apartment did not fail us. It's not your usual lavish hotel- like apartment but it unmistakably makes your stay as comfortable as possible. Fully-equipped with well-stocked kitchen. Enough bedroom space and decent bath. The apartment is quiet and peaceful although it is located in the center of Vienna. It also has an amiable host. Five stars all across.

This is a lovely, spacious, well equipped apartment.It is in a superb central location.Most of Viennas sights and museums are within walking distance. In Vienna like at home

Very nice, well equipped apartment. It is not just an apartment for rent and Marijan is not just an owner but he is the Host. Apartment is well located - close to Inner City, two minutes to the Museum Quarter. Nice building, nice yard (only could imagine how charming is the yard on the warm season. Hope to check this by myself). We were with 15 m.o. baby and he loved it there as much as we did.

Our stay in this apartment was by far one of the highlights or our trip around Europe. The apartment is in a fantastic location, with everything you need in it. It is in a beautiful setting right beside the historical centre with lots to do and see. There is a supermarket literally a 2 minute walk away which is very reasonably priced and the transport around the city is great. The owner made us feel more than welcome and if we are ever back in Vienna again we will certainly stay here! Do not hesitate to book!!!
