It was very enjoyable.

Great location a short walk from the medieval castle. It has charm. Good AC and comfortable. Excellent breakfast. Wonderful owner Carole.

Fantastic place, great value, very convenient

We loved carol the owner, so hospitable and welcoming. We loved her dog, Cachu. The pool was gorgeous, setting divine, location convenient, bedroom comfortable and clean, breakfast amazing

Perfect host in a charming BnB in a perfect location.

Carole our host was the best part, she was very welcoming and helpful. She picked us up from the airport and dropped us back. She also made excellent breakfasts and was very knowledgeable about the area etc. it was lovely having a pool and the location of the bnb was perfect for the town and the cite. We would definitely come back here again.

There was no uk tv! But we were not that bothered as we didn’t stay in much!

Best Choice Accommodation in Carcassonne?

Location between castle and New Town is perfect. Very comfortable accommodation. Excellent pool and poolside facilities. Carole the owner, is an amazing host and will share all the information you need for an enjoyable stay. The breakfasts are not to be missed!

Access and tranquility to Carcassonne. Even if you arrive before check-in, public parking is right next to it, so it's convenient. And the kindness and hospitality of the staff is wonderful.

Amazing location to relax!

Amazing location, unique place for peaceful relaxing, slow stay. This place is perfect for nature and bird lovers to listen lots of birds all day. Carol is amazing and very helpful. Walking distance to Carcassonne town and railway station for connections to Toulouse, Montpellier or Marseille.

Be aware have a good lunch as No food until 7pm in La Cite or Carcassonne.

Short stay in Carcassonne

The location, the pool, the owner Carole...and Cashew the Spanish Water Dog! And secure on site parking...you can see Les Palmiers from the ramparts of the city as you walk around the chateau...and the breakfasts were good with great coffee. Excellent choice for last minute booking and communication with Carole very good and some fabulous restaurant recommendations from her helped make our short stay a great success.

Fabulous family stay

Fabulous breakfast, proximity to medieval and old cities. Made all the better by the wonderful hosts and the resident dog. The pool and air conditioned rooms were a great way to relax and cool down.

Seeing the overnight campers in the adjoining car park doing their morning ablutions in the bushes.

Very nice B&B, great host. Highly recommended!

We really liked our stay in this B&B. The place is situated perfectly between the old city (5-10 minutes walk) and the ‘new’ city (15 minutes walk). The B&B is situated in a quiet place, so no noise when you’re relaxing by the refreshing pool after a day in the old city. The breakfast is really good, Carole makes the best srambled eggs and she really did her best to provide a great breakfast for us (taking allergies into account). We will definitely come back when we want to visit Carcassonne again.

Exceptional stay! Highly recommended!

Exceptional stay! The photos don't do this place justice. The hotel was much nice than we expected. The swimming pool area was lovely and very relaxing. Our puppy was allowed to run around the garden and play with the owner's dog. Carcassonne citadel is only few minutes walk away. Thank you for a lovely stay. We want to come back one day.

We had a superb stay in a traditional French property situated in a lovely part of France.

The personal transport service to & from the airport was excellent. Property is ideally situated for both parts of Carcassonne, a 10-15 minutes walk to each, in lovely surroundings. Breakfast is plentiful with an added bonus of freshly cooked eggs of your choice & excellent coffee. Room was very clean & traditionally furnished, bathroom large & modern. The air conditioning was most welcome given the temperatures as was the swimming pool. Carole was a charming host, very helpful & informative.

Pool towels could have been slightly bigger & thicker. Very few English speaking digital TV channels.
