The room was large and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. We enjoyed the variety of hot drinks and appreciated the different breakfast options. Everything we chose tasted great. The hotel's location was great, close to Charmouth but quiet as it was set back from the town and main roads. The use of an extra blanket in the room was appreciated and we loved the idea of minimal waste by ordering meals in advance, and choosing which drink options were topped up. The bathroom towels were a good size.
The side of the bath was high which made it less comfortable for one member of our party to step into. We also didn't like the shower curtain as we prefer using regular showers with doors. The wifi was sometimes erratic.

Great location, very comfy, nice staff, nice choice of breakfasts
Only thing was, cooked breakfast was slightly over cooked

Clean, great location & attentive staff.
Interior design is clunky and outdated, breakfast was uninspired and would've been ok to skip. I think the decor and kitchen let the staff down... putting some effort into this operation would certainly pay off.
