The Clot neighborhood has mainly local residents and retains a special charm around a market selling local products (Mercat del Clot), it is a quiet area of the city with a park and all services such as bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Near the apartment are the shopping centers "Encants" and 'Glories' next to the Agbar Tower. The historic city center, Paseo de Gracia, Plaza de Cataluña, Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter are 15 minutes away by metro. The Sagrada Familia is just two metro stops away.

Netter Vermieter, aber Schimmel und Kakerlaken

Der Late Checkinn und die Kommunikation verlief super. Auch Ross war trotz der späten Ankunft freundlich und hilfsbereit und gab uns viele Tipps. Leider befindet sich der U-Bahnhof direkt unter dem Haus und ein- und ausfahrende Züge sind durchwegs zu hören. Aber Lärm sollte man in Barcelona gewohnt sein, daher ist das weniger schlimm gewesen. Klare Minuspunkte sind aber unzählige Kakerlaken in der Wohnung die aus dem Nichts auftauchten und von wenigen Millimetern bis 5cm groß waren! Des Weiteren roch die ganze Wohnung jedes mal beim Betreten stark vermodert bzw. nach Schimmel. Da im Hinterhof ca 5 Farbeimer standen, konnte man vermuten, dass gestrichen wurde und daher keinerlei klarer Schimmelbefall zu finden war. Etwas kurios ist eine Luke, die sich hinter einem Wandteppich befand bzw. zu einem Zwischenraum führt. Dieser Zwischenraum hatte einen weiteren Zugang zum Nachbar Haus, welcher unverschlossen schien. Kurz gesagt es hätte wohl jederzeit jemand von nebenan die Wohnung betreten können, ohne dass wir davon etwas während unserer Abwesenheit mitbekommen hätten. Ich habe schon einige Wohnungen in BCN gesehen, allerdings ist diese leider eine der schlechtesten gewesen. Leider in dem vorgefundenen Zustand (Schimmel, Kakerlaken, Luke) nicht zu empfehlen!

We really loved our stay, the apartment was nice. The owner was nice and helpful. Once there came up some problem with the stove and it was fixed right away. The apartment is well located and it had everything we needed. I would recommend this apartment.

The apartment is located conveniently close to metro. Beds were very clean and convenient to sleep. Rooms were well air-conditioned. Ross was very friendly providing great tips on Barcelona sites of interest, dining, shopping and navigating the city.

De superbes vacances!

De superbes vacances!

Nous avons réservé cet appart fin août avec 7 amis et nous en ressortons très satisfaits. L'appart est au rez de chaussée. Il est de taille suffisante pour 8 personnes, moderne, très bien situé et suffisamment aéré pour oublier la chaleur barcelonaise la nuit. La terrasse est un véritable plus ! Les propriétaires nous ont très bien accueillis en nous présentant les endroits à visiter sur Barcelone! Je recommande !

Appartement bien situé proche des transports en commun, dans un quartier typique très agréable. Nous remercions la propriétaire pour ses explications sur les visites à faire et pour sa disponibilité en cas de besoin. Concernant le logement pour 7/8 personnes, nous avons trouvé qu'il manquait un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge...(surtout le lave-linge !).

De belles prestations et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone. L' appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier vivant mais calme proche du centre par le métro situé à 100m et des plages par le tramway situé à quelques centaines de mètres de plus. L' appartement est propre et très bien équipé avec toutes les commodités attendues. Le charme de ce vaste appartement est complété par une une belle et grande terrasse sur laquelle on peut se prélasser et déjeuner entre amis. Le rapport qualité/prix est on ne peut plus honnête pour les prestations fournies. Et que dire de l'accueil de Mireia...parfait. Arrangeante, chaleureuse et aimable, elle se plie en 4 pour vous faciliter la vie et améliorer votre séjour. La seule petite remarque serait concernant la chambre principale qui donne sur la rue. Le bruit des voitures qui passent pourrait gêner certaines personnes malgré le double vitrage. Nous n'hésiterons pas à passer à nouveau par Mireia pour nos futures locations sur Barcelone

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette ville pleine d'effervescences. Nous étions logés dans l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée : l'appartement est grand, propre, bien équipé , la literie est très confortable. La petite terrasse est bien appréciable. Petite remarque : cet appartement est à côté d' un petit restaurant donc on entend un peu de bruit jusqu'à la fermeture ; cela n'était pas trop gênant pour nous car nous rentrions tard de nos escapades mais pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants , une location d'un appartement à l'étage est peut-être préférable. Il est très facile de se déplacer : train et métro sont à 5 min à pied. Des commerces sont à proximité. Un grand merci à Mireia pour toutes ses explications précises par mail et à Ross pour ses précieuses indications concernant les sites à visiter et les lieux de dégustation de tapas et paëlla ( on a testé et on a été enchanté !!!). Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la superbe ville de Barcelone. L'appartement est très spacieux, très propre, et très joliment décoré ce qui est très agréable. La literie est très confortable. Les propriétaires sont charmants, ils fournissent toutes les explications nécessaires pour découvrir Barcelone. L'accès depuis l'aéroport est direct et rapide par le train renfe (env 30 minutes) qui arrive à la station de métro tout près de l'appartement. La sagrada familia est à 2 stations de métro ou 15 min à pied. Les sites et quartiers à visiter sont rapidement accessibles par le métro. Le quartier est calme. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement très très bien placé...Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants sans voiture, nous avons donc tout fait à pied et en transport en commun, que du bonheur !! On ne peut pas rêver mieux !! Le métro et les lignes de bus sont à moins de 100 mètres du logement. L'appartement est fonctionnel et confortable, l’accueil par les propriétaires a été très chaleureux avec de très bon conseils pour se déplacer et visiter. Un grand merci a Mireia et Ross

Appartement spacieux, confortable et propre, à proximité de toutes les commodités (commerces, transports). Nous y avons passer une très bonne semaine entre amis. La petite cour est très appréciable et est vraiment un plus non négligeable. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont donné tout un tas de bons conseils.

Un séjour très plaisant

Bel appartement avec terrasse ombragée, idéalement situé à 100 mètres d'un arrêt de métro + gare. Il y a de nombreux commerces de proximité ainsi qu'un grand carrefour ouvert le dimanche. La propriétaire parle très bien français et est très accueillante. Si nous devions revenir à Barcelone, nous n'hésiterions pas à louer cet appartement.

la descrizione corrisponde a quanto indicato,da tenere presente però che trattasi di appartamento a fronte strada (l'accesso è da una saracinesca dietro la quale compare la porta bianca in descrizione)che due stanze sono prive di finestra e che,purtroppo,c'è un odore sgradevole di muffa...

"L''appartamento si trova in posizione comodissima alla metropolitana per raggiungere velocemente il cuore di Barcellona e la zona è molto servita, ci sono bar, ristoranti, market di ogni genere). Si arriva dall''aeroporto con grande facilità, si va a piedi alla Sagrada familia e alla bellissima rambla de poblenou (che non è quella turistica ma quella frequentata dai locali, vale la pena di farci una passeggiata, porta direttamente alle spiagge di Barcelloneta).In casa non manca nulla ed è tutto molto carino e funzionale, la biancheria è abbondante e di buona qualità, così come le attrezzature per la cucina. Abbiamo conosciuto uno dei proprietari che è stato molto simpatico e disponibile e ha fornito informazioni molto utili. Essendo la casa a livello della strada, risulta essere un po umida (si attenua il fenomeno utilizzando i condizionatori che si trovano praticamente in ogni stanza) e il patio resta racchiuso tra palazzi quindi non è consigliabile fare molto rumore soprattutto la sera (alla fine noi non lo abbiamo utilizzato)."

The Owners are very nice and helpful. They give us a tips how to get around Barcelona.They also answered all our questions, recommended us some good restaurants and so on. Nice and fully equipment flat (air conditioning, drier, tv set, wifi and more...).This appartment is perfect for family or group of friends. The apartment is situated in good position not far from the center of the town and the beach.It is very close to the metro, train, bus station. We recommend this location to anyone who would like to spend his vacation in Barcelona.

We were a group of 7 friends and this appartment is perfect either for family or group of friends. Everything was clean and well equiped (air conditioning, drier, tv set, wifi...). We have been welcomed by the owners who were truly nice and helpful. They gave us many tips regarding our trip in Barcelona. "Nice and fully equipment flat.Very good location,2 minutes walk to the metro station,bakery across the road,market 5 minutes away.The owners are friendly and give good advice. The train also stops at the foot of the building, in 10 minutes you reach badalona and its nice beach. Very good value indeed! Just to warn future travelers : the subway runs just under the building so it can be a nuisance for those who are sensitive to noise. The flat can also be a little humid at first."
