About this condo rental
Located in Centro, this charming condo for $140 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Perfect alternative to expensive hotel room without giving up luxury or location! Beautiful historic building completely renovated with all modern amenities and elevator, the building is completely brand new inside, but with original facade outside on popular Huertas street, extremely close to Prado, Thyssen and Reina Sofia Museums and the Palacio Real (Royal Palace), in historic downtown center of Madrid, the famous Barrio de las Letras. The apartment has a very comfortable Queen bed ( 160 cm ) and 2 sofa beds in the living area. The bedroom has 3 walls and is not totally private. You can see it in the pictures. I have lived in Madrid for the past decade, glad to help you choose the best places to visit in and around Madrid. The apartment is right next to Plaza de Santa Ana. Near Puerta del Sol and the Plaza Mayor and the Museums. The Metro subway station is a few steps away, so that you may easily move around Madrid, as well as a short walk to the Atocha Main Train station. You will love it! *If you stay for more then a week, we have a complimentary cleaning that you can schedule at check in. This includes change of towels and sheets. No charge! *All of our sheets and towels are professionally dry cleaned.

The property was very modern and clean. The location was perfect in the heart of the city. My favorite part of the property was the two balconies that looked out to the street. The property slept our party of three very comfortably.

Gorete and her staff were wonderful to work with and we were allowed to enter early after long flight from U.S. we so enjoyed the space to move around, close proximity lay to metro and other attractions and plethora of restaurants and shops available. Little loud late at night as it is near a club and the boys were a little rowdy, but but earplugs when needed to fall asleep….would recommend this place for those traveling light as laundry allowed us to travel with just carry on bags. Loved the plaza areas, and Christmas experience. We are in Barcelona now and I miss the Madrid people! Cafe VIVARI across from Anton Martin metro station is wonderful for quick coffee and pastry and VERY reasonable. You will have fun and this place is PERFECT.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place! Very clean, plenty of room and so close to everything. We arrived very early and they were able to let us get into apartment ahead of schedule. Absolutely would stay there again!

This is a perfect apartment for a visit to Madrid. It is well stocked with everything you need, in a great location and has restaurants and grocery stores close by. The owner is very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

The property is perfectly located and gets fice stars for location and accessibility to the best parts of Madrid. The room was comfortable enough. A bit of a tight squeeze for a family of four but we knew that and it was fine for our purposes. The kitchen and washer/dryer combo definitely came in handy. Had no issues with street noise. Check in was not a problem and the neighborhood was very safe. I would highly recommend this for your Madrid stay!

Centrally located, easy walk to numerous historical sites. We only needed to taxi to and from the airport. Well cared for and spotless apartment on relatively quiet street. Alicia was most welcoming and helpful. Wonderful restaurants in nearby plazas. We stayed a month and it felt like home!

This apartment is perfect for 2 people. It's compact but equipped with everything you could want. The bed is comfortable and we slept well. (Yes, at times we heard the noise from people on the street at late hours but we fell back to sleep.) The best thing is the neighborhood. The apartment and location are generally excellent. However, there is proximity to nightclubs which did lead to disturbed sleep on a couple of nights. The noise was not from the night clubs themselves but young people gathering either before after going to the club.

Wonderful location and property, close to everything in Madrid, wonderful place to mingle and feel like a local. The only negative was the level of noise coming from a bar 2 doors from us (called Dali) EVERY NIGHT until 3:00 am.

Gorete has thought of everything you might need or have forgotten for your stay. We stayed in early December and the Madrid Christmas lights around each corner were delightful. Then back to apartment for quick work on their fast WiFi. Loved the location- hope to come back soon.

A great experience. The apartment was pleasant, comfortable, and nicely appointed. All that was needed for our stay. The location is great, and the neighborhood, is a great base for visiting the three great art museums of Madrid and other parts of the city. We would return!

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Friendly and helpful owner and manager. Lots and lots of restaurants and taberna in immediate area. Perfect location for visiting museums and seeing Old Madrid. Would stay there again if we had the chance to return to Madrid.
