Love the flat and the location however the only way to contact the management is through email which was very difficult

Good location - easy access to tube/buses.

Could not check in - Was a Friday night and no access - Long struggle on phone to sort out after a long days travel. Bathroom sink plug did not open - had to scoop water out with a bowl and had stagnant water whole stay. Ironing board was broken beyond repair - had to iron on floor/table. Washing machine did not work at all - piece missing on the door - Had to use laundromat down the road at extra expece. Door to balcony very difficult to open as key kept on getting stuck - sometimes worked sometimes did not No-one to phone to come and fix the above as was over a weekend - told had to wait till the week.

the location was excellent the size of the flat was amazing our Pug Gisele loved the garden area

the mattress is old and the headboard was stained, the pillows need to be replaced the oven was filthy I didn't need to use the oven but needs to be cleaned people are paying huge money to stay here the countertops were greasy the kitchen floor was not clean too many extra charges at exorbitant rates I bought my own extra bedding and pillows i had to look under the bed for something i dropped, it is filthy this flat needs a deep clean I was extremely busy during the week and when I did need to contact the for assistance it was out of their hours we called 3 times to emergency number to ask to extend our stay they did not help us bad communication paying this rate you should have a team on call 24/7

still acceptable but should be given discount for not having heater and hot water during day one

location was good infront of bus stops.

The heater and water heater boiler not working for day one of my stay and maintenance did not come as promised… eventually resolved on 2nd day. main door to unit not realy solid in terms of secure… easily can be opened if push strongly.

as its a fairly old building the noise from people in the other apartments upstairs kept me awake most of the night

Absolutely wonderful stay! I love London!!

We stayed at Urban Stay's apartment and were pleasantly surprised - The apartment is super well located, literally everything is within walking distance or you can just hop on the tube and explore all of London. Megi from Urban Stay was very nice and helped us a lot with finding our way around the apartment and accommodating our requests. Had the best time in London!

No luggage storage is a little bummer but there's a luggage hero place nearby, so this helped ;)

Bad.

This was honestly a rough stay with no communication from the host. The location was nice but that’s about it. I don’t have many good things to say.

It was dirty. The heater was broken, the oven and stove didn’t work. It’s listed as a ground floor apartment but it’s actually a basement. The beds have springs sticking out that were extremely uncomfortable.

Left after 3 nights of bc a prepaid 9 night stay

Very dirty, smelly and stained entrance hall. The Owner said they had alerted the Landlord but that’s not good enough.

Very good

Great kitchen. Nice backyard. Cross breeze kept the apartment comfortable on London's hottest days. Code worked well. Mostly quiet.

Welcome Book is out dated. Recommended restaurants that no longer exist. The book should have explained that the wifi does not work in the kitchen. It would have saved us considerable frustration and aggravation. Windows were very dirty. Lobby needed a good cleaning

Great value for a 2 bedroom flat, considering how expensive London is.

Good location to restaurants and transportation, comfortable beds, easy communication

The couch/pullout bed in the living room was uncomfortable for both sitting and sleeping on.

really great time in a beautiful apartment and very close to everything we needed

i really loved the big windows in both rooms and the kitchen was very nice as well!

no Air Conditioning but it’s wasn’t a big problem, it was just a minor dislike

Great stay and amazing location!

Excellent location! Easy access, great transport links and inspiring neighbourhood. Portobello Road minutes away from your front door. Fantastic patio and garden.

The rubbish bins were in the basement in front of the bedroom windows. People were very lazy closing hatch doors. Some of the walls could use a lick of paint. Bedlinen fantastic but the duvet looked old.
