Séjour au coeur de Lisbonne

L’appartement était très propre et très bien situé. Almaria team était très professionnelle et super accueillante avec beaucoup d’attention aux détails. Merci encore une fois pour le gateau offert à l’occasion de l’anniversaire de mon compagnon

Rien à signaler, nous sommes très satisfait du séjour, je propose de varier le petit déjeuner.

Siisti, viihtyisä, tilava huoneisto ja sijainti erittäin hyvä.Aamiainen oli kiva nauttia omassa huoneistossa kaikessa rauhassa. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä.

Alakerran pubista kantautui jonkin verran meteliä perjantai- ja lauantai-iltoina, huoneistomme sijaitsi ensimmäisessä kerroksessa.

El alojamiento fue fabuloso, muy cómodo, espacioso con todo lo necesario, el desayuno delicioso, el personal súper servicial y atento, nos encantó, de hecho deseamos regresar, la ubicación es otra característica increíble del lugar todo queda muy cerca para disfrutar del encanto de Lisboa⭐️

Amazing place!

An amazing place! Friendly and helpful staff, quick responses and additional information. Flat very clean, cleaned daily. The breakfast concept is a great idea! We find prepared products in the fridge every day and fresh bread waiting outside the door in the morning. The fact that I am a vegetarian was also taken into account. The location is simply the best! Everywhere close, metro just a few steps away. Highly recommended!

Awesome. You should stay here for sure!

I loved the breakfast, that was amazing 😊. Everything was wonderful.

I have just one improvement. My lock would sometimes shut off while putting in the code making me start over. I think it was just a battery issue so I mentioned it. Easy fix and I couldn't find anything else wrong.

This truly felt like home away from home.

There were so many thoughtful details from this property from amazing room service to a full breakfast stocked in the fridge everyday and fresh bread delivered every morning. The room was kept so clean and nice.The location is great and central to many different sites. We walked most places.

The pillows were on the harder side and not fluffy.

Apartamento espaçoso, confortável, com café da manhã bom e staff extremamente preocupado em resolver todas questões que lhes são destinadas.

Nao é um problema propriamente, mas é muito difícil de estacionar o carro por perto.

Everything is perfect.

Excellent and super clean apartment in the central location. The breakfast is prepared for you every day in the fridge and it includes fresh vegetables and bread. Cleaning is perfect. The apartment has all the possible amenities. Check-in is easy and fast even if you arrive late. Staff is lovely and easy to communicate. We absolutely love it!

Exceptional

This is our second stay in this property in the last 4 years. The Location, Room Facilities and Cleanliness of the Unit were of the highest order on both occasions. And the friendliness, helpfulness and efficiency of Eduardo in Reception were absolutely incredible. Nothing was a problem. Amazing spot and amazing staff.

Lovely apartment!

The apartment was really lovely and set up perfectly, with a great location and a really really generous and tasty breakfast! Would highly recommend as a place to stay.

The bathroom smelled a bit damp, which was literally the only negative about the room. Checking in was a little difficult as there's no open reception so you have to buzz at the door and wait for someone to arrive. It really wasn't a long wait though, and I would still stay there again.

Wonderful location, comfortable modern apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Almaria Officina Real. From the start of our stay the staff were wonderful, welcoming, friendly and always responsive. The location is incredible, right down the street from a market, so we were able to get fresh fruit and veggies and self cater for most of our one week stay. The unit was comfortable and air conditioned, the view from the window was classic. We needed assistance with the rangetop and the washer/dryer combo unit, but staff were always available and came up to the room to help us. Great location, walking distance to the TimeOut Market. Famous Tram 28 goes right outside on the street, so you don’t have to wait in the long line downtown. All around wonderful. The breakfast is put in your refrigerator the day before, so it’s ready when you get up. We made fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning, and fresh bread and rolls were delivered to the door in the morning.

Nothing not to like about Almaria, it was wonderful and we had a great stay!

location was great and the staffs were professional and ready to help.

The breakfast was the same all days. Also the cleaners wash the plates every day by machine even when there were two dishes and two glasses which in our opinion was waste of energy and water!

Exceptional

Exceptional. Incredible location and a really nice serviced apartment with a Mediterranean feel. Walls are thick and windows are double glazed so even though the Barrio Alto area is super noisy from all the nightlife, you barely hear anything. Bed was supercomfy and we had really nice sleeps. Apartment is well equipped too. Loved the nice touch of fresh Portuguese pastries delivered to your door each morning along with fresh local produce for breakfast each day. This was a really nice touch. Also wanted to give Eduardo big praise. He accommodated our dietary requirements, helped us find tours, and even looked after our luggage a day after we checked out. Legend.

I'd have to knit pick really hard to fault it.

The appartment was very elegant, spacious and comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen well appointed. The location is excellent, within walking distance to all the cultural highlights. The conciërge Joana Miguel was lovely and amazing. Very professional and courteous. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and she has been exceptionally helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We will definately come back!

This serviced apartment stood out as a super well equipped, comfortable, convenient spot.

Amazing location great to hear the old trams going past

Would go again but not sure I would pay for breakfast

Location was great and the apartment was comfortable.

You have to make your own breakfast (maybe this is how serviced apartments work but I didnt know). I am not sure I would pay for me to make my own breakfast while im on holidays.

definitely would come again

Excellent location in the heart of Lisbon , all restaurants & shops are around the corner. the apartment was well equipped & snacks are available. we were able check in early at 14:00 , Pedro in reception was very helpful. Best thing was the apartment was getting cleaned with new sheets/ towels daily
