Great accomodation for a few days. Exactly as outlined in description.

Was exactly as shown in the images. Great to have a washing machine / dryer in the apartment. Plenty of room, good kitchen facilities including a toaster and proper kettle. Felt very safe in the building.

Key pick up was several blocks from the accomodation. This was a little bit inconvenient having to drag suitcases to collect / drop off the keys.

Great apartment with a slightly awkward BR AC set up.

Location, amount of space, and cleanliness.

A minor thing. Though it's great to have AC in the bedroom, the unit was quite noisy and strong, even at the lowest setting. It also couldn't be pointed in any direction other than directly at the bed, which meant either being cold with constant wind or hot and sweaty when turned off. My toddler had a bit of a hard time adjusting.

security of using fob to get to our condo floor. condo was very clean. Brad was was great when we did not have wifi in the condo.

night driving at home felt unsafe due to homeless people staying at the entrance of the parking lot garage door.

Strategic downtown apartment and great host, highly recommended

The property is strategically located in the heart of Vancouver downtown and has everything you need at a stone's throw. The kitchen was well equipped and neighbors are quiet. Very clean property and building. Brad definitely contributed to a wonderful stay: he was extremely helpful and available; he topped up the card for the washing machine with enough credit for the entire stay and promptly answered to any questions I had.

For those who are not used to living in downtown areas, the location may be noisy at times during the day due to downtown traffic, if keeping the window open. The washing machine and dryer are in common with the whole floor, but I had to wait only once.
