Great location and great service.

Super convenient location. Restaurant, supermarket, convenience stores and even a laundromat all close by. Plus easy access to several primary train lines.

We couldn’t stay longer.

Convenient for 1 night before departure

Pleasant stay, convenient for travel to airport, club was pleasant

For it's class (5 stars), and cost I expected a more refined lobby and elegant rooms. The club was pleasant but small.

Very good

A bit out of the way with everything you need. Good for those that know Tokyo and want to get away from the more congested areas.

Nothing comes to mind, the upstairs bar was closed still. Finding things still closed from covid times is a bit lame, not unique to this property though.

Solid functional hotel, well located for trains, but not a warm hotel for longer stays.

Good location in the sense of travel to/from Tokyo on the Shinkansen (easy to get to Shingaku on the metro which is next door) but not in terms of the area to stay in. Quite a way out from the central areas that you may wish to visit. Room was clean and efficient. Good blackout blinds and no noise from the rail line next door.

Hotel bar shut very early. Felt a functional hotel rather than a warm one. Would not stay in this area if staying in Tokyo again.

A very neat and clean hotel with the ideal location for sightseeing

We were here for sightseeing and for that purpose the Pullman Hotel in Tamachi is in the perfect location. The hotel is right next to Tamachi Station on the "Yamanote Line" and therefore offers excellent connections in all directions. Shibuya and Shinjuku are easily accessible on the Yamanote Line, as is Tokyo Station in the opposite direction. Haneda Airport can be easily reached by taxi in 20 minutes and costs between 5000 - 7500 yen depending on the time. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very attentive.

Location: extremely convenient to access the Tamachi Train Station. There is a 24-Hour Seven Eleven Store from the main entrance of the hotel which is nice if you forgot toothpaste or an umbrella. Room: The room was spacious and much larger than a standard Japanese hotel room. Our room had the view of the train station. Clean: the room was clean and had an air purifier in it. Executive Lounge Access was a plus. They have Netflix and Amazon Prime in the room. You can sign in using your own credentials.

There was no bathtub. It was a shower only. The gym was very small. Two trend mills, one elliptical, and one bike. The place felt like a factory. People coming in and out and sitting in the main lobby.

Overpriced but beautiful hotel

Modern, clean and good working space in the lobby. breakfast is good quality with lots of options. Staff are great.

Considering the over the top price for 5 nights, the room was a let down. No mini bar or extras.

Fantastic location, right near the train station, staff were amazing and helped us several times with reservations, the ‘executive’ lounge was a great bonus for breakfast, gym was better than average, rooms are very comfortable

Location is very good Nearby Ginza, Roppongi & Tokyo There has many restaurant at the opposite of the hotel

Room cleaning service can better Staff forget to take away our bath towel in toilet hanging, however they still give us new towel.

worth its money as location, stuff and rooms couldn’t have been any better.

staff was super helpful and made everything so much easier. they have given great advice on what to do around Tokyo but also made everything possible around the hotel. hotel was always very clean and made sure that everyone felt save through covid.

maybe that the room service wasn’t available at late night
