New York was wonderful but Edition was not worth the hype.

The room was nice and the bar had a great selection.

The door staff never asked if we needed help but did ask others around us. When we go there we really weren't greeted and while they were telling others checking in about the property they didn't us nor show us around. We also had a $35 a night voucher but it was never applied even when asked. The staff was nice to people they thought had money while we are very wealthy but dont flaunt it and were not treated the same

Great place for a theater weekend!

For a NY, Times Square hotel room, it was reasonably spacious for 2 people, and very well designed. We could see a bit of Times Square, but it wasn't too noisy, despite being on a lower floor (17).

I hate the stupid resort fees. It's just an extra $35 charge, which we never get back -- we're not big drinkers, and the restaurant prices are exorbitant, you end up spending more than the $35 for two people. So we just think of it as extra cost.

Adequate but wouldn’t stay again

Location is great. Right in the heart of Times Square. Loved the outdoor patio space and the lobby bar. The room was very clean

The room was very small…almost too small to fit my husband and I. The decor was basic but not in a Scandanacian minimalist asthetic..it felt and looked cheap.

Didn’t have breakfast.. too busy! Enjoyed very much the dinner though.. and the Sunday brunch also looked tempting with the live music.. well done everyone.. can one purchase the perfume ?💓

Disgustingly incompetent, dangerous and negligent

We stayed in the 2nd best room in the hotel and were greeted by blood on the curtains and pillow case, a cracked and damaged bath infilled with filler which was flaking off, damaged blinds and curtains. Nothing was done to rectify this during our 4 night stay. Housekeeping then left our room door wide open, with all of our possessions inside. During this room clean they also threw away my husbands critical prescription medication which is so niche we were unable to source it despite spending hours in pharmacies and urgent care during the rest of our trip. The staff showed very little care or respect of the extent of this issue and the knock on effect this would have on my husbands health. We were offered a free drink.

Wasn’t worth the money. Location is terrible for Uber or Lyft

Honestly, I was there to relax after working longer hard shifts and to finally fall asleep then being woken by the fire alarm system really annoyed me sooo bad.

La atencion del personal del check in. Informacion deficiente, cobros no informados y mala atencion. NO LES IMPORTA EL HUESPED. Si buscan ubicacion hay muchas opciones, si esperan mal trato del personal del hotel, entonces definitivamente es el lugar correcto.

Great location and ambience with small rooms. Service staff are excellent.

Location was great just off of Times Square.

The room was small and did not have enough hooks or storage space. I was charge $10 for each room service fee.

La decoracion del hotel, el ambiente sereno y el delicioso olor, asi como la atencion de los empleados, amable, rapida, cordial y profesional. La habitacion con esos colores suaves, hermeticas ventanas y el confort de la cama.

La informacion en booking es confusa pues muestra una tarifa por dia y al hacer elncheck out nos dieron tarifas muy diferentes todos los dias…

Everything about our stay was exceptional. The location was superb, the room was beautifully appointed, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay truly special. The amenities and services exceeded our expectations, from the fine dining to the spa facilities.

To be honest, there was nothing we didn't like about our stay. It was simply flawless. The location was perfect, the room was luxurious, and the view was breathtaking. The hotel staff were exceptionally attentive, and every detail was taken care of. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic, beyond my expectations

Staff has been awesomely nice and kind! The room view over Time Square is breathtaking and room itself is super nice (got the suite with the balcony). I also used that lovely bath tub, super nice. Everything went beyond my expectations.

An over designed, mediocre location on Times Square. Some nice staff, but wildly over priced.

It’s in Times Square so if that is where you are going, the location is great. The public spaces are nice and modern.

The rooms are stupid - horrible bathroom, crappy furniture, very ugly lighting. Small, not luxurious, wildly over priced.

La literie, la propreté

L’accueil, personnel pas du tout accueillant que ce soit au lobby ou au restaurant … a l’opposé des commentaires lus sur le site … très bruyant du à sa localisation sur Time Square le manque de rangement dans la chambre

Hotel New York

Stanza in linea con le aspettative e con vista mozzafiato. La posizione della struttura è su times square quindi tanta confusione sul livello stradale ma l'albergo è silenzioso. Ottima la pulizia (il personale sistemava la stanza anche 2 volte al giorno) e letto comodo.

Colazione buona (a pagamento - prezzi new york cioè a partire da 35$) ma rimasti delusi dalla assenza di una opzione senza zucchero aggiunto per i succhi disponibili. La stanza non aveva porta asciugamani e quindi una volta usato si deve buttare a terra per non bagnare. Ritengo questo uno spreco ecologico.

The location is very central

Their restaurant service is not so great. The management in the restaurant and communication os not good. They did not make it clear if they are providing buffet or order from menu.
