I loved the location and the view from the roof the bed was comfy x

My bedroom door did not shut properly in master bedroom so that was annoying for privacy and moving when window was open

Ophold i Edinburgh

Rummelig lejlighed. Rigtig fint indretning. Vi havde booket to soveværelser, som var store og gode til vores behov. Stue og køkkenalrum fungerede godt som samlingspunkt. Personale venligt og imødekommende. Små gode detaljer som (op)vaskemiddel, kaffe/te/kakao og en lille mælk i køleskabet.

Let støj fra meldinger om tog fra hovedbanegården. Derudover også lidt støj fra varmebeholder. Kun én elevator, så lidt ventetid ved flere gæster.

I would be embarrassed to represent this apartment and looks nothing like your photographs

The apartment is extremely bad value for money and we are extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment. We would like to be refunded to reflect this.

great location, nice room, grumpy staff

on arrival we were greeted by a very very grumpy attendant. she saw us buzz the door, but continued on her phone. when she did let us in she didn’t represent the hotel well. the room had a bit of mould in the bathroom. would have loved to have seen that repaired. I think they were painting downstairs as there was lots of marks on the wall. Lastly, the location is very central. it backs onto the large train station. the announcements are heard from 6am. if that bothers you, ask for a room out front.

Never stayed in Princes St. - sent to sister Hotel as substitute

Decent, small studio with bed and small kitchen and washer. Nice bathroom

When we arrived we were informed that the room that we were scheduled to occupy had been "trashed" by the previous occupant and so we were sent to their "sister" hotel, Holyrood Aparthotel. As such, I have no idea as to how nice or not the Princes Street place is. On arrival at Holyrood, the key provided did not open the apartment and the staff could not correct that. So we were moved to another apartment which had only a washer but no dryer. Then we discovered that the TV did not work. Overall, an OK experience but not as good as it should/could have been.

Pictures are far from the real rooms, furniture is outdated and one the curtains fall on the 1st day of my stay but no one fixed it though we have called the reception and told them about it .. the lightening of the room is dim, bed is not comfortable ( king bed is joined twin beds),tv is soo small and old , carpet is so dirty inside the bedrooms

The place was really beautiful and clean! view was perfect and location is in city center. We love the place! We hope we stayed longer.

OK-ish. So-so rooms, but the convenience of the location offset.

Location: 10. Very close to Waverly train station - 5 minute walk. Very close to Royal Mile, 10 minute walk. Very close to all the restaurants in the area, and several tourist sites...

The rooms were bleh. Stains on the carpet. Tiny TV's. The bathroom wasn't very clean and had mold in the corners, etc. For the money, I was expecting better... Tim

It was a very good stay for the family in Edinburgh.

Great location near by the city, helpful staff! Our own flat.

We hear everthing from the floor, the curtains are damaged, there is no plug in the bathroom.

Would highly recommend if the temperatures are moderate.

Great stay at Princes Street Suites. Friendly and approachable staff. The small cafe at the entrance is charming and we appreciated the options for light food and drinks. The location is perfect in my opinion. Close enough to get to attractions, but far enough away to distance yourself from the crowds. Rooftop terrace offers fantastic views. Easy walk to Calton Hill and the Hop on Hop off bus is right outside the door!

I assume the need for AC is not a norm, but considering the building has been updated it would have been nice to have. The temperatures were abnormally high and it made the accommodations somewhat uncomfortable considering the price to stay there.

a small thing, but the doors inside the apartment wouldn’t stay open and made a lot of noise when closing.

Very roomy apartment in great location

The location is great! The staff was very helpful and accommodated our need to move one night, and also stored our luggage for a day.

The showers were hard to figure out--but good once we did. My only complaint is that we had a double bed, which is really a bit small for two people, but we got a nice big bed in the second apartment we were moved to.

The place to stay in Edinburg

Friendly staff! The hotel is super well situated near both Train and Buses station. The suite was big and comfy. The kitchen is well equipped with all the things that you need to cook.

The bathroom’s floor need to be fixed, some tiles we’re cracked

Exceptional

We travelled to Edinburgh for my sons birthday, we had booked a 2 bedroom apartment but was upgraded to a 3 bedroom on arrival. The location is excellent as these apartments are on the main street. We stayed here for new year and decided to go back because they were so nice. These apartments have everything you need, they are comfortable and spacious. Also on arrival we were left milk in the fridge and shortbread. Reception staff are lovely and can't do enough for you, they even give my son a birthday card when we were leaving. We are back in Edinburgh for this nye but sadly these apartments are booked out. If you decide to stay here you won't be disappointed.
