Very good stay in Lisbon

We liked the location as it was very walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice, clean, very friendly staff.

The only downside was that the air conditioning didn’t seem to be cold enough for us. We tried to turn it down as low as it would go and we were still hot at night.

In this price categorie it is fare enough, reccomend for a short trip to see Lisbon.

Very good, quiet location (except if there is a Benfica game night). Comfortable room even for 3 adults also, big bathroom. Breakfast was served from 6 am, wide range of food and drinks

The room wasn't ventilated, it were stagnant air every time, when we opened the door.

Superb

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. There were a great variety of foods for breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, it's close to 3 metro stations, a mini market, restaurants and cafes but at the same time it was in very quiet area. Overall we liked it a lot.

The only thing I didn't like in the hotel was the bathroom. The door to the bathroom is made from glass which was matted but you could still see silhouettes and everything. Also it can't be locked and it has a gap of about 1 cm between the door and the door frame all around the whole door. So essentially you can hear every single thing, there's absolutely no privacy. If the door was a normal wooden one which can close properly without any gaps it would've been the perfect stay for us. It's very uncomfortable to do your business in there while knowing that the person who's laying on the bed for example can hear everything as if there's no door at all. We probably won't come back because of this. As tourists we spent a very small portion of our time in the hotel when we essentially sleep and go to the bathroom and it's not very pleasant to feel uncomfortable in the little amount of time you have for resting between each sightseeing. I asked if there's a room with a normal door and if we could be moved there but i was told that every bathroom in the hotel is the same. Maybe some people wouldn't mind the bathroom situation and if you dont then I think that you'll have an amazing time in this hotel.

Good value for money, safe, but be prepared to take a taxi everywhere.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was a short Uber ride to the centre. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff could be more knowledgeable - we were referred to one restaurant that was not open and given incorrect directions to a second. Our room was showing wear-the floor was quite scuffed and the toilet was broken. Breakfast was very noisy and lacked many choices for my husband who is gluten intolerant.

Not worth the value

The location was good

No A/C. It was close to 30 degrees Celsius and we were very uncomfortable with the heat in the bedroom. Also, the bathroom didn't have hot water

Very poor

Fitness center equipment didn’t work and/or needed maintenance. Room was too warm for sleeping and could not be cooled unless outside door was opened letting in outside traffic noise. Maid entered room even with card indicating not necessary. Poor stay overall. Will not be back.

location was really good staff are super friendly and help full the breakfast is really nice

the furniture is really old and the beds are not comfortable the floor was dusty and you can hear the people next room

perfect for a few days get away

size of the suite was v generous

the door between rooms was damaged and couldn’t be closed. our room 311 was next door to the metro- so so loud in the night!

Everything but the noise.

Everything pretty good, just the insulation from the doors is none existent. Could hear the neighbouring room fighting (pretty loud) and the corridor activity is pretty loud.

One of the best hotels i’ve stayed in

Staff: Very very professional and super polite! Always helped us out and were available and respectful. Room: Very comfortable, safe and clean. Beautiful room, beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed, beautiful balcony. Breakfast: We were really satisfied with the breakfast since there was a range of different foods from sweet to sour and salty, healthy and unhealthy. One thing I would like to see in the future is maybe different type of sausages/meat since not everyone can eat pig/cow so maybe more chicken or maybe more cow! But the rest was very good. The Hotel: Amazing! Amazing gym and sauna. Really nice and comfortable. Location: Very good location, could get to the center really fast. Quiet area. Overall: 10/10 experience and we would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Very good

It is very clean and the staff is very supportive. The rooms are also very spacious.

Different things were not working in the room such as the air ventilator in the bathroom. The humidity smell was recurrent.
