Please clean up the coffee machine

Check in and check out were quick. Staff with nice smile and good attitude towards us. Tidy and clean room.

The Nespresso coffee machine didn’t clean up. It is not working well as coffee grounds were inside the machine. Also, the air conditioning system was not friendly enough for changing temperature. It was freezing.

Hong Kong upscale vacation hotel

The hotel is very upscale, clean and luxurious. The location is perfect for tourists as it’s in the tourist area of Tsim sha Tsui. It’s beside a mall so that’s convenient. There are a lot of restaurants within a ten minute walking distance.

There’s nothing not to like about it.

1. The location is great. The hotel is in the one fo best mall in the city, infront there is a mall with good and not expensive food court (thrre are a lot types asian cuisine) and close to metro MTR station. Also you can walk to the harbour (it's just only 10 minutes) to look at great views. 2. The room was pretty cosy, beds were good and there was a sofa with a table (comfortable to watch movie)

1. The breakfasts are expemsive. Especially if you are family with 4 or more persons. The mall infront will solve the problem. Also, if you have a plan to go to Victoria Peak you can have breakfast there ) 2. The room's window looked inside the mall. So you will see only walls and other windows

Mooi hotel met ruime kamers op uitstekende locatie.

Kregen een kamer op hoge verdieping met uitzicht. Zeer goede locatie.

Geen lobby/zitgelegenheid op de begane grond/bij entree.

Great location, great customer service, very good breakfast buffet.

Centrally located.

There was no drop off or pickup area for our taxi . Front door to hotel was not easy to locate.

Great location

Great location and the rooms are good for families with small children. The staff too were very helpful especially John (front desk) who checked us in. We were a big group and he made sure our rooms were closer to each other since we are traveling with our kids. The buffet breakfast was also very good.

special mention to front desk, concierge, everyone was accomodating even if they were very busy.

we always stay at marco polo gateway when in HK, because our kids grew up in your hotel, so it's like a comfort place when we travel to HK. Special mention to the duty manager who assisted us when my daughter had severe allergies, he had one staff accompany us to the nearest pharmacy and also where the nearest hospital was. and when we got back to the hotel, since we already checked out and was waiting to proceed to the airport, he had us use one room so my daughter can rest for awhile. The concierge was very attentive and helpful, even with our luggages and getting a taxi

not recommendable for seniors are hard to get in the tub, we requested 802 to be transferred to a no-tub room, and we were given 819, which is much older and smaller room, my parents didn't like the room, it didn't look clean also, several watermarks on countertops, like not sanitized well

Very nice hotel with excellent location and facilities.

Always a favorite hotel when going to HK with family. The location is excellent, food is good and facilities were nice.

Too bad the free snacks and drinks became very limited after the pandemic.

Nice & clean hotel in good location & just 30 minutes from the airport.

The location was good. Room is good. Breakfast is not included in the room rates & thus cannot comment since did not have breakfast.

Superb

Location is very excellence for shopping, Room is good and clean however bed is quite not big for family. Breakfast is good but for staying more than 1 night, breakfast is very similar..

Good

We booked 2 rooms. Hotel is so nice to give us connecting room. There was one night we checked out one of the room to go to Macau and the hotel reserved that room for us so we can continue to have connecting room. Breakfast was good with variety foods. Convenient location but the place area is rather expensive area. The staffs are very friendly.

I guess most of the room in Hongkong is rather small but manage to accommodate for my family.

Exceptional

We never stay anywhere else but here in MP Gateway because we are very happy customers all the time. Location is just perfect, clean, internet was fast, bfast was good, plus we had so much extras since we stayed in the Continental room.

I just hoped we got a better view of the harbour, but still it was good!
