Good not great

We were welcomed by Sarah on our Arrival she was extremely helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with, the other reception staff were not as helpful. the apartment was lovely however our Aircon broke and the ground man confirmed that it overheated, I called 4 times in 24 hours and this was not addressed at all. it was extremely hot and we didn’t have a good nights rest. I am disappointed that the receptionist that was on Duty did not mention any kind of apology nor would she grace us with a 20 minute extension for check out. thank you Sarah your help was exceptional

Superb

The standard of accommodation and customer service was very high. Tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Having a serviced apartment and a reception to call made a big difference to being able to enjoy our trip, whilst we had the freedom of ordering shopping and cooking meals instead of eating out all the time.

Had a very enjoyable stay and so much better than a hotel.

Sarah at reception was lovely , helpful and professional. Rooms were spacious. Apartment was very clean. Master bedroom and bath was spacious. 2nd bedroom nice but could use a table. View from living room was pleasant. Building was safe. There are a few restaurants and cafes close to the apartment.

The 2nd bathroom was tight. Dryer took forever to dry clothes, television wasn't working properly although we didn't really need it. Price was a bit high. (we stayed in London, Lisbon & Porto Portugal,. Madrid & Barcelona Spain and LONDON was 2-3 times higher in price for similar apartments.

It was perfect

If you're looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in London, look no further than Buckingham & Lloyds. During my recent stay, I was truly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail that this hotel provided. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff and was promptly checked into my room. To my surprise and delight, I was informed that I had been upgraded to the penthouse suite, which was a magnificent and spacious accommodation with stunning views of the city. The room itself was elegantly decorated with premium furnishings and amenities, including a comfortable king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a large soaking tub and a separate shower, as well as high-end toiletries. Throughout my stay, the staff at Buckingham & Lloyds went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether I needed recommendations for local restaurants or help with arranging transportation, the staff was always willing and able to assist me. The location of the hotel was also ideal, situated in a quiet and convenient area, yet close to many of London's most popular attractions. Overall, I couldn't have been more impressed with my stay at Buckingham & Lloyds. From the upgrade to the penthouse suite to the excellent service, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in London.

Great place for dog lovers

great staff and very friendly ideal local for park as we had our dog with us and the staff made him feel very welcome

we hired the pug apartment and the bedroom windows are very noisy to outside traffic and the beds are terrible and could do with been replaced. also my wife complained of lack of sockets and lighting for getting ready and make up
