Nice except the extra charge for dog and why don’t they have a elevator for a 2 story hotel? Especially for older people

You could take your dog!

They changed me 26 for having a dog! My dog does not shed a Maltese my dog is housebroken so why the charge!!

It was a nice environment

The staff were friendly and rooms were clean

The ice maker was broke and it was the only machine available for ice

It just needs a little facelift. Paint cracking/peeling in the bathrooms.

No complaints love the place and location

Great I wish they had an elevator but it was all good enjoy my stayed the staff was very nice and friendly and the breakfast was great ! Great location lots of places to eat and shop and even a movie theater

Disappointing Stay

The breakfast was delicious and there was a good selection.

The electrical outlet plugs were so loose, most things you plug in fell out. The hotel lamp plugs were found half out. The bathroom door did not open all the way due to the curved shower rod behind the door. The beds were comfortable but very high. You had to almost jump to get in it. The side door of the building slams very loud and it can be heard in the room every time someone enters/exits the building. The air conditioning shut off when the room was not at the temperature it was set at and would not come on for a long time. The hotel overall is very dated and could use a remodel.

other than than the dirty wall and musty it was a very quiet and peaceful stay

we liked that it was cheap and breakfast was included. The location is also perfect it's right next to the highway and the mall

The hall way was overly perfumed with room freshener and the walls in room was really dirty especially the door. The room was really musty we opened the window and had the AC blasting but it didn't help with the musty smell, might be the carpet that's musty

Beautiful stay

Everything was clean and fresh.... staff was very pleasant n the breakfast was fantastic

No area to entertain family that was coming to visit... it would have been nice to have a common area for visitors

It was great for a one night stay and the breakfast area was clean and the food was good!

The location and breakfast were great!!

The room had a strange musty smell when we entered. However, after turning down the heating unit which was set too high, the smell seemed to subside.

The rooms are outdated and could use a good coat of paint on interior entry door. The beds seem new but bathroom is outdated.

Serviceable. Just came for one night.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

The breakfast was the worse hotel breakfast I ever had. The fried egg was disgusting, couldn’t eat it. There was no protein. No fruit, no hard boiled egg, no yogurt. Only waffles and muffins and cereal. All carbs.

Much better than their reviews indicate.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was as clean as any I've stayed at.

Fake eggs, broken toaster. Sickeningly sweet lobby smell.

Beds and pillows are so very comfy! The staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was ok, daughter loved the make your own waffles station.
