We enjoyed our stay but would be very selective of rooms while construction continues next door.

Friendly Staff and a great location, close to Central Park, Times Square and Broadway. Subway access on the corner so easy access to transport. Comfortable beds and modern clean bathroom facilities.

We asked to shift rooms after a few days as our original room was dark with poor lighting and had the windows blacked out, it was also tiny, not even enough room to have a suitcase on the floor and walk past the bed. We had to stack them on the small, fixed desk to walk past the bed. The windows had been blacked out because there was a construction site outside of them. The work crews started yelling and an excavator with a jackhammer started at 07:15 every day. Everything in the room rattled and this went all day on weekdays. We moved to a much larger room on the front of the building that was more what we had expected based on the room description and size when we booked.

It was an OK stay. I would consider it as a secondary option, mostly because of the location.

The staff were friendly and responded quickly to the one request I made (someone was smoking pot near my room). The beds were comfortable.

The room did not seem to have been vacuumed before our arrival- there was debris on the carpet. The room felt a little claustrophobic- the unnecessary furniture was too large for the space.

Sticky fingers.

I initially had good remarks about this place because the location is good, the rooms were nice but then my journal was stolen from my room and there was very little concern from staff.

They stole my journal.

Cute, fairly nice, but room & bathroom too small.

Great location and friendly front desk staff. Loved the PhD rooftop (except for the prices). Complimentary breakfast was continental, but okay. Elevators were tiny - like those in London.

Room was small. Bathroom was tiny. Lighting was terrible. I had to make sure to do my makeup before the sun went down - even if I wasn’t going out until 8 pm. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they said, “Yeah, we’ve gotten that same feedback about the lighting for 20 years.” Excuse me - 20 years and the issue hasn’t been addressed?

Great Hotel and Location!

I really liked the location of the hotel and the free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. I also liked the PHD Terrace at which we had an event with family and friends.

The rooms are relatively small. The size of the bed was normal but the room around the bed was small. This did not bother us but other people in our group were bothered by this.

Great location & Good restaurants.

Location was good, Restaurants attached to hotel were also nice. Continental breakfast included.

Halls and rooms seemed old, not that nice for the price we paid. Out room smelled like cats.

Everything was fine. Staff was plesant and helpful. Nice Continential breakfast.

Refrigerator didn't work. They told us they didn't. Probably should be removed from the room, to help with the room size.

Tiny rooms and not for the noise sensitive.

I liked the location of the property. Very conveniently located near subways and restaurants.

The rooms were quite tiny and the walls were quite thin. I could hear everything going on in the halls as I tried to sleep.

The hotel was a good value for location and staff was very friendly!

Comfortable bed. Kind staff. Free water.

I had requested two queen beds and was given one queen…ceiling has a water stain near door. Bathroom door had some chips. The table near mirror had some crumbs on it. No fridge. Asked for a quiet room was still noisy.

Wonderful!

Lobby staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful at every point - felt incredibly welcome. Rooftop bar was delightful, drinks delicious - breakfast was wonderful and restaurant was lovely too. Room was spacious and comfortable, shower was fantastic. Location is very central and accessible, short walk from Times Square and Central Park.

A nice stay

Location was great for my planned activities.

The noise level from the streets and the light pollution was awful. Please add block out curtains to the windows, at night it felt like it was day time in the room, even with the blinds closed, but because of the bright advertising boards the blinds didn't have a good coverage on the windows.

For New York the property was all right, clean quiet, bit price for what you get but that’s the city

Location was good, the rooms were small but quiet.

Staff was hard to find and rude. We waiting 15 minutes at the front desk to check in.

W Dream Midtown czuliśmy się jak w domu.

Lokalizacja idealna - blisko Cental Parku i wszystkich innych atrakcji. Bardzo miły personel, śniadania na początek dnia świetne. Najlepsze croisssanity ever :) Pokoje ok, łóżka duże i wygodne.

Tiny room for a lot of money…

Die Unterkunft liegt verkehrsgünstig an zwei Hauptlinien der Metro.

Das Zimmer war winzig (max. 10qm), keinen Wasserkocher oder sonstige Annehmlichkeiten. Ich habe selten so ein lautes Hotelzimmer erlebt. Jeden Morgen 6 Uhr wurden wir von ohrenbetäubendem Lärm geweckt. Selbst für New York war das eine Zumutung!

Good location, great service, very clean.

Location was perfect for our stay. Bed was excellent. Breakfast each day was good, but some days we ordered “extras” such as eggs or bacon. Service at the hotel and restaurant was always top notch.

The bathroom was extremely small and challenging to move around in. The shower stall was quite odd. A glass wall covered only half of the shower, so each time water splattered out onto the floor area AND onto the toilet paper roll on the wall across from the toilet! We learned that lesson the first time. That bathroom could not have been engineered correctly.

It was adequate and reasonably priced relative to other nearby properties given it was the holiday season.

Location was great for our visit. Easy walk to theaters and Radio City Music Hall.

Dark room, outdated decor. Refrigerator in room did not work, no ice machines available. Included continental breakfast was extremely limited.

Our stay was pleasant I expected more re: size of room and facilities(dresser, closet ect.)

Your personnel were very courteous and informative. Our beds were very comfortable and clean The room was clean

For the cost of our room I expected more. I could walk across the room in 3-4 giant steps There was no dresser so for 5 nights I had to live out of a suitcase and the closet was actually a utility cupboard The bathroom was big enough for 1 and no vanity

Nice but tiny room

I liked the convenience of the location and the friendly staff.

I didn't like the postage stamp sized room. The bathroom was hard to move around in, also. We were given an upgrade that had a bigger bed. I can't imagine what it would have been like if we had not had an upgrade.

Parfait

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à l'hôtel Dream Midtown. Hotel très bien situé, proche de Time square nous avons fait la quasi totalité de nos visites à pied. Accueil chaleureux du personnel qui a été au top tous le séjour. La chambre était très agréable, calme avec une literie très confortable. Propreté irréprochable. Le petit déjeuner est très correct avec un personnel très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter du roof top avec une vue magnifique et des cocktails excellents. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

keine Schränke, wir mussten aus den Koffern leben. Frühstück bestand aus Bagel, Toast und Kaffee. Mehr war leider nicht beim incl. Frühstück zu haben. Alles andere kostete Extra

good base with great location and staff. room needed an update. rooftop bar was expensive.

location was good, staff friendly and the building was nice.

Room was tired and worn. bathroom needs an update and the shower only partially worked. as a base for our visit, it was fine. its not like the pictures and I'd booked it based on those. was to be a special trip for my daughter and I would have liked the room to mirror that and as the pictures suggested.

Wonderful experience at Dreams Midtown! Perfect location!

The hotel was wonderful! The location is the best because you are right on Broadway and can walk to Central Park as well. The staff were very nice and helpful. We found everyone kind and friendly.

The elevator is a bit slow.
