We enjoyed our stay and will be back to stay at this hotel when we visit the city again.

The staff were lovely and we had a very welcoming team member on reception when we arrived and we felt welcomed each time we came back to the hotel. The team were very helpful offering umberellas etc when it was raining heavily outside.

The breakfast was very repetitive, and didn't have all the options shown on the posters. More variety at breakfast would be much better. This was our only slight issue.

Great location and terrific staff

The breakfast was terrific and the staff in the breakfast room very attentive. Many breakfast options that changed a bit by day. The room was comfortable and well insulated to not hear noise from the neighboring rooms. We needed more pillows and they were quickly provided when we checked in.

It became hard to get on an elevator during peak breakfast/departure times. The room itself had some minor flaws that were quickly addressed by staff.

Lovely hotel in ana active part of town!

Nice hotel in a great part of town. We had an amazing view. Room and bathroom were spacious. Comfortable and clean room.

Breakfast was meh. It could use an upgrade.

Execelent for your first time in New York

Location , central Manhattan close to 2 metro stations and 15min walk to Times Square

Isolation to the other rooms and the walkway were not the best , some times we could hear people talk .

Je recommande cet hôtel qui a contribué à nous laisser un souvenir exceptionnel de New York

Le personnel a été accueillant et très serviable, le petit déjeuner inclus était une belle surprise, la vue de la chambre d’angle du 24ème étage était magnifique, la chambre et salle de bain étaient propres (l hôtel dans son ensemble est très propre également), la literie était très confortable.

Rien (à part peut-être le bruit de la climatisation mais ce n’est qu’un petit détail sans importance)

Great location and time for families

Property was at a great location and we had a wonderful view down the Avenue. We also had a toddler traveling and a pack n play was provided for us.

Very good location and there are 5 more hotels on that street, do the math yourselves.

Nice view overlooking 28th Street and 6th Avenue. Complementary breakfast - nice.

Tiny room. Cleaning of room very late in the day - around 16:00 or 17:00, better be out during that time or ask reception for a specific cleaning time.

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal

le chauffage beaucoup trop chaud et beaucoup trop bruyant dans la chambre. il a carrément fallu le couper pour pouvoir dormir. Un membre du personnel de service au petit déjeuner carrément agressif la qualité du buffet au petit déjeuner est mauvaise pas assez de place dans la salle pas assez de couteux, de fourchettes, de verres, etc... Bref évitez l'option petit dej ! attention aux heures de pointe : beaucoup, beaucoup, beaucoup d'attente aux ascenseurs (5 minutes et plus montre en mains)

Great location and amazing view!

Great location. Great view of the Empire State Building and the surrounding area from our room on the 27th Floor!

Dishwasher was broken and was not fixed during our stay.

Overall a nice hotel in a central location. Staff were very helpful and always welcoming. In need of some maintenance.

Un séjour exceptionnel

Emplacement parfait et personnel très agréable. La vue du roof top est magnifique. Lit confortable, coin cuisine parfait. Un vrai petit déjeuner complet .

Les tarifs sont un peu hauts, il faut s’y prendre à l’avance.

Clean, modern room with great view. Convenient location.

The room is just beautiful with great view. Found out next to hotel is a popular bar with selling-point is the view which is similar to the view from my room. Room is clean and modern. Breakfast is so so. Quite a few restaurant just across the road.

La ubicación es muy buena, zona tranquila, con boca de metro cercana y posibilidad de ir andando a muchos lugares turísticos.

El desayuno no cumplió mis expectativas, lo teníamos incluido en el precio y sólo desayunamos el primer día.

Very pleasant and enjoyable but you pay for it.

Room was a great size, same with the bathroom. Loved having a kitchenette and many mirrors around the room.

The price for this and pretty much every NYC hotel is astronomical. Yes I enjoyed my stay but it wasn’t worth the price I paid.

Excellent Room at a Reasonable Price

From the moment we arrived, we couldn't have been happier. The staff was friendly, check-in (and check-out) were quick, the room was much roomier than we expected and was very clean, as was the bathroom. The climate control was a step above - no noisy fan blowing all night. Decor is tasteful and relaxing. We were on the 8th floor, but street noise was minimal.

Cidade maravilhosa com boa hospedagem.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Não há o que se discutir. Roupa de cama confortável e aparelhamento do quarto muito bons. Vista diferenciada. O café da manhã atende a uma expectativa de não passar fome nas primeiras horas da manhã, mas é algo simples e encerra cedo.

A limpeza do quarto poderia ser melhor. Percebemos que alguns pontos de sujeira permaneciam de um dia para o outro. A impressão que passa é que a limpeza é simplesmente para arrumar a cama e passar um aspirador de pó rapidamente, faltando uma limpeza mais bem efetuada.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Das Kingsize Bett war sehr bequem und die Ausstattung des Zimmers auch. Das Frühstück war zwar reichlich, aber immer das gleiche Angebot: Rührei, Würstchen oder Fleischpflanzerl und Bratkartoffeln oder Pancakes, aber noch positiv zu betrachten. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr nett und höflich.

Die Matratze des Schalafsofas war sehr durchgelegen. Es war ohne Hilfe vom Personal nicht möglich das Schalafsofa zu öffnen oder zu schließen, so dass es immer geöffnet bleiben musste und das Zimmer so sehr eng dadurch war. Der Frühstücksraum war auch nicht groß genug für die vielen Gäste und man musste warten oder sich an zwei verschiedenen Tische setzen, die man auch nicht zusammenschieben durfte(!). Ein Mitarbeiter, anscheinend der Chef der Frühstückscrew, war sehr unfreundlich und erlaubte keine Änderung. Er ließ auch keinen zusätzlichen Stuhl am Tisch zu (!). Sehr unfreundlich! Die anderen Frühstücksmitarbeiter*innen waren aber sehr nett und höflich.

Great breakfasts, wonderful rooftop views plus the high tables and chairs were a bonus- it was great to be able to have somewhere to sit and enjoy the ambiance.

Gosto do Chelsea, então é um bom hotel na região

Segunda vez que fico neste hotel, a diferença é que estava sozinho dessa vez, por isso o quarto era pequeno. Bem pequeno, verdade, mas prático e não muito diferente de outros hotéis de NY. Cada um tem sua região preferida de NY, gosto do Chelsea e o hotel fica próximo de duas linhas de metrô que possibilita se deslocar de norte a sul com facilidade. Há bons restaurantes próximos, supermercados etc.

Não chega a ser um problema, porém não há variedade no café da manhã, que se repete.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, besser geht es eigentlich nicht. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß - wahrscheinlich größer als in vielen anderen Hotels. Durch bodentiefe Fenster (Stadtblick) kommt viel Licht hinein. Das Frühstück ist für US-amerikanische Verhältnisse okay. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Beim Frühstück ist noch ein bisschen Luft nach oben, insbesondere, was die Vielfalt angeht.

Good location. Beds comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Our dishwasher was broken & had been broken since June. We were there in Aug. Not adequate storage. Dresser is tiny & tipped over when both drawers were open which could be a hazard to a young child. Elevators were usually a very frustrating wait.
