Amazing stay for the whole family, we will be back

We stayed in 4 different hotels on this trip and this one is by far my favorite. The whole family loved it. Located conviniently next to Bentencho train station and the station can be reached underground which is perfect for rainy days. USJ is only 12 minutes away by train. The hotel has a buffet and a restaurant in site. Restaurant required reservations but buffet did not. Food was great, excellent variety and great quality. All of us were able to find something we liked. The kids absolutely loved the food. My favorite was dessert, coffee and variety of juices. The hotel room was basically 2 bedroom - 2 twin beds in one and a very comfortable bunk bed in another. It was great to have our privacy at the end of the day, while kids had theirs. The hotel provided 24/7 shipping services for shipping the luggage and has a laundry facility where you can wash and dry your clothes for a few coins. At the lobby there is a money exchange machine and a coun machine. Everything for your needs. The view out of the window was magnificent. Perfect stay by all means.

部屋にソファとミニテーブルの他に、ダイニングテーブルと椅子があり、食事やお茶をするスペースがあって、家族5人で泊まった我が家には良かったです。また、トイレと浴室が別室なのも良かったです。雨が降っていても傘をささずに駅から濡れずにホテルまで行けるのも荷物が多かったので、良かったです。ホテルまでの道のりにパン屋、コンビニもあり、すぐに買いに行けるのも便利だと思います。他にも本屋さんや日帰り温泉もあったり、ホテルの周りにお店が充実していました。

施設・ロケーションは良いが、宿泊者への気遣いが・・・

ロケーションが良かった

２部屋予約（２泊３日２名と１泊２日４名）したが、２部屋同泊日の朝食が別々（５１階と２階）となっていた。プランが違っていたかも知れないが、全員で朝食をと思っていたので残念でした。　予約名が同じなので、ホテルからの事前確認（提案）をいただきたかった。　チェックイン時に、空庭温泉の利用優待及び優待券の有無についての説明がなかった。　子供を含めた予約なのに、ＵＳＪへのシャトルバスまたは電車等のアクセスについての説明（提案）が全くなかったので、ただ泊まるだけのホテルという感じがした。

卒業おめでとう大阪最高!

部屋も広くて、家族皆でゆったりと過ごせました！ 25階と言う事で、夜景もキレイでした。雨天でも、駅から濡れる事なくホテルまで行ける点も子ども連れにはありがたかったです。

思った以上！

家族連れだったので、お風呂に洗い場があり、小さな子どもも入りやすかった。部屋も広く、ゆっくり寛げ、よかった。朝食ビュッフェもチェックイン時にお願いでき、品数も多く、満足できた。

エレベーターが客室階を指定するためにカードキーがいり、それを持ってないと行きたい階に行けず、困った。

コスパ、立地、ロケーション、接客、かなり良い。

スタッフの対応の良さ、部屋から見るロケーション、コスパの良さ、立地条件、

部屋のスペースが気持ち狭かったのが少し残念、ですが宿泊代を考えると仕方ないと納得は出来ます。

직원분들이 너무 친절하셨고, 시설 역시 청결하고 침대도 푹신하고 뷰도 최고였어요!! 역도 바로 앞이라 유니버셜 가는거랑 체크아웃후에 다른 곳으로 이동하기도 편했고요! 좋았습니다!

Going on a second trip to Japan, I knew Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower is my best accomodation choice.

The view is amazing, staff is nice and the breakfast is good. There are many shops and restaurants just next to the hotel, as well as metro and JR stations. The area is quiet, especially so far up. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards.

眺めがよかった。

WiFiのつなぎ方が最初わかりにくかった。有料wifiとの区別の説明があったら、どのアカウントか分かったと思います。隣のお風呂がもう少し安かったらまた来きます。ローションやクリームなどがなく女子にとってお得感がない感じがします。

需再加強會更好

面向大阪港的風景，真的好漂亮，謝謝！

建議室內拖鞋改淺色，因半夜下床如厠常看不到拖鞋，因地毯也是深色！清潔人員整理及補給需再加強，如：捲桶衛生紙有2個，一個已沒了，另一個只剩 1／5，但未給新的！

Hotel is convenient for travellers

Near to the jr station and metro station with family mart directly in front of the hotel

The coined laundry facility is not good. 1 kg with wash and dry for 500 yen and had to wait 80 mins while 3 kg with wash and dry for 600 yen and had to wait 120 mins. Would propose to upgrade the washing machines to those laundromat that can perform 15 kg of wash and dry within a minute

Vista fantastica.

Hotel fantastico distante 5 minuti dalla stazione, vista panoramica della città dal 41 esimo piano, sembra di fare l'umeda sky building talmente è alto questo albergo! Camera pulita, ordinata, e ovviamente la grandezza della camera rispecchia i criteri che ci sono in Giappone, quindi piccolina ma ben curata. Staff gentile che parla bene l'inglese.

Unica piccola pecca è che in ogni albergo del Giappone di solito riforniscono l'acqua, qui a quanto pare no.

Will stay again!

Great views and quiet. Family mart and adjoining stations made it really convenient to move around. They were kind enough to give us an early checkin.

The bathroom was a bjt dated but didn’t really affect our overall experience at the hotel.

景色がよかったです。

お部屋のお掃除が行き届いていないのか、ほこりがたくさんで少し残念でした。ハウスダストアレルギーの家族もいたので，少し心配でした。

2度と泊まりたいと思えない

電子レンジがあったこと

赤ちゃんと幼児がいるためにキッズルームを選びました。着いたときにおしり拭きは4分の1も残ってなくて2日目でなくなったがそれ以降入れ替えはなかったです。枕に知らない人の髪の毛残ったりベッドにシミなどもありました。浴室にはピンクカビが多かったです。本棚にあった絵本はページが抜けられてカバーしかなくて、部屋に付いているおもちゃは積み木のセットですが、ブロック1個しか入っていなくて使えませんでした。ただ一番大きな問題点はベビーベッドです。なぜかベッドに合わないマトレスを使っているのでマトレスとフレームの間に大きな隙間ができてしまいます。赤ちゃんが何回もそこに挟まって泣きました。私が寝ている間に窒息しないかすごく心配していました。しかもボックスシートとかではなく、一枚のシートが適当にマトレスの上におかれているだけです(マトレスのサイズには合わないもの)。赤ちゃんが動くとこのシートも動くので更に窒息するリスクがあります。シートとマトレスの間には防水のものとか何もないので、マトレスの汚れはとれてなさそうです。シートにも部屋の掃除後でシミがあるもの用意されました。赤ちゃんと泊まるのは絶対やめた方が良いです。

Great view of Osaka City but could do a better job cleaning the room and bathroom

The view on 46th floor was spectacular. the location and stores was great. being next to the onsen and getting the discount was amazing.

The bathroom wasn't as clean, there was hair on the floor; the blanket had some hair and did not use an extra sheet between blanket and the person. There was hair on the blankets. The bathroom was outdated and smelled like urine. I had to clean it again. The shower curtain smelled like mold and urine. The tiles had mold. Definitely needs a good bleaching cleaning and updating of the bathroom.

Good enough to stay and enjoy. Very good Hotel.

Spacious rooms, a very pleasant hotel, new and well maintained. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel and play areas for children. Although Osaka is not a very busy city, this hotel has managed to enhance the atmosphere.

The price of the food inside the hotel. 4000 yens for a breakfast. It s too much. They should understand that we need a full welcome, not conditioned by the checkout yet. Breakfast must be reserved in advance. that is to say as they place this event above everything, It does not make sense. But otherwise the hotel is superb.

breakfast restaurant, good location, esp. ear to great onsen. clean and cozy, spacious room.

this is only thing Im not satisfied with this hotel, wifi connection was not good. 1st day is fine, but next 2 days...it didn't work well, keeping disconnection or access denied. I used my roaming data to keep stable connection.

I highly recommend staying at this location/hotel. It is worth your time and money.

This is a great place to stay!! It's close to the train station, and it has a 24/7 convenience store directly across from the hotel, along with many different restaurants and coffee shops. The morning breakfast was also very nice. I would definitely stay there again!

I wish the hotel had a pool and spa included. You can pay to use a pool and gym nearby but they are not included in your stay.

The Deluxe room is big , clean and the bathroom is nice and clean.The Train station is near the hotel. Family mart is just across the hotel
