Godzilla fans book now

This hotel is a must for Godzilla fans. It was so worth it for my kids. We stayed on 30th floor the Godzilla floor. There were lots of movie posters / pictures along the walls of the corridor and the lift doors were decorated too. In the room was a gift of a Godzilla photo frame / digital alarm clock for each of us. The room was not huge but very well appointed and comfortable.

The price is quite high but that is to be expected with the location. Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at the check in time of 3pm. We were asked to wait, only 10 or 15 mins in the lobby but none the less this is unexpected for such a smart hotel. The Godzilla outside deck is currently closed which was a disappointment. We were advised this is due to construction, of which there was no evidence whatsoever.

Good location, small rooms

Location is great. Well designed small rooms. Plenty of reception staff, did t have to wait long for lifts.

Rooms had beds against wall which I don’t like when you have to use the bathroom in the night

Great spot to stay in Shinjuku. Close to train, easy to spot.

Great location and facilities.

Uncomfortable bed - too hard. Pillows not soft enough either. Other than that , we thought it was great.

Very convenient core city location! Right in the action!

-Location in Shinjuko is excellent! -close to metro and train station - very clean rooms - comfortable bed - great shower pressure - professional and helpful staff - nice amenities

- standard room was extremely small for a couple- there was limited room to place our suitcases or to open them unless you had it on the bed - rec to get a bigger room if there are 2 people

Vue superbe, Godzilla partout !

Great hotel with convenient location !

Location was so convenient, 7 eleven attached, surrounded by great food and bars, shopping and cinema. Shinjuku station close by. It's very busy at night. Reception people are very helpful. Luggage service was super efficient at sending our extra luggage to next hotel.

Laundry - update washing machines and dryers to use by swiping room cards. So you can notify those with laundry to pick out their laundry from machines so next person can use. They just leave their clothes in machines for hours and blocks next person from using.

convenient and interesting

The view from the room was great. The receptionist was so kindly.

There is no curtain in the room ( only lace curtains were there ). And the hotel is in heart of Shinjuku Kabukicho so that it was noisy and brightly at night a little bit.

Convenience.

The room is not too big as the bathroom is bigger compared. The washers are too much hairy or wool as after washing. No cleaning was done by the hotel. No shower cap and body lotion are provided.

Shinjuku is a great location - central and lots to see and the hotel is comfortable and well located

You can no longer walk out and see the Godzilla statue Concierge doesn't open until 10 am

1.房間真的無敵小，性價比極低，浴室稍微大些，行李較大較多真的不要考慮 2.入住備品第二天也沒有續補 3.有要求同行者安排同一樓層但最後沒有，電梯很麻煩，要一直轉換搭乘，沒有房卡也會比較不方便（隱私性算滿高的

到了晚上，酒店楼下街道马路上到处都是拉客的男男女女。

大堂挺大

地理位置特别不好，就在歌舞伎町里。到了晚上，酒店楼下街道马路上到处都是拉客的男男女女。地上都是垃圾酒瓶烟头。房间也特别小。打开箱子很费劲。不会再选择这家酒店了。

Central location but overpriced for what you get

Great location, very central

Expensive and little to no service of rooms. No dining options on NYD when everything was closed. Disappointed the Gozilla was not accessible or working

Really happy with the hotel, I would definitely stay here again.

In a wonderful location and walking distance to everything. The rooms were clean, we had a twin room and we fit our luggage in comfortably. The staff in the lobby were helpful with transferring our luggage to our next hotel in Osaka so we didn’t have to bring it with us on the train. It was a great hotel for our first time in Tokyo.

We didn’t really enjoy the buffet breakfast, however it was convenient on day one before we explored the city and found cafes in the shopping centre near the station.

East to get to after a busy day in Tokyo!

Great to be in center of action. Housekeeping was immaculate. Loved having pajamas and extra toothbrush!

Our two rooms were split by floors, and could only access by separate elevators. Would have been better to be on same floor.

房間雖然不大但是廁所空間一定夠還有小椅子可以坐著洗澡浴缸也算大

Séjour génial dans un hotel bien situé et parfait.

Chambre suffisamment spacieuse, lit très confortable, salle de bain superbe et surtout le petit déjeuner super-extra dans le restaurant attenant à l'hotel, un must absolu. La statue de Godzilla accessible sur la terrasse ( fermée pour travaux lors de notre passage) rajoute une touche super-extra et le positionnement de l'hôtel dans Shinjuku est parfait ( rue animée le soir, génial ).

Rien, tout était parfait. On a juste confondu (une fois ) l'entrée de l'hotel avec l'entrée du cinema ( passage par l'escalator ) avec lequel il partage le bloc d'immeuble :-) .

Only great thing about this hotel is the location

Lobby was difficult to access, many times the elevator was full. Check in took longer than expected Bathtub tap was not working despite informing the front desk. Hotel staff assured us they would get it fixed but it still wasn’t working our whole time there. Toilet had a strong urine smell despite the cleaning Room was really tight and small. Bed was also very small Barely any facilities in the hotel

Superb

The location is very convenient and close to many transportation services and shopping centres. The facilities within the hotel are sufficient. The staff is helpful, even during the event when my wife is sick.

The staff is not very well conversed with English. The room is quite small. The paid breakfast is not worthwhile as the choice is not great.

City center! Lots of action and stuff to do near by.

Close to the action. If you want the city experience, yes, even with added grittiness of inner Tokyo, this is a good spot for you.

All good except maybe the immediate area is a little tough, but it’s still Japan so not that bad. I live in LA, so it didn’t bother me.

A great central, vibrant and fun hotel with everything you need for a great stay in Tokyo

This hotel is so perfectly located- it’s a few minutes walk from the train station, is literally surrounded by hundreds of restaurants and things to do. I was also very surprised at how beautiful this place is as I was expecting more of a mid range hotel feel but it a beautiful, has a great breakfast and puts a lot of 5 star hotels to shame.

Ok so I know Japanese hotel rooms are small and we were prepared for this but the bed situation was an issue. Recommending a twin room for 2 adults and 2 children doesn’t work as the beds are actually singles. It’s a good job we are skinny and the kids are only little otherwise we would have had to sleep on the floor. I love this hotel and I would definitely go back in just think you shouldn’t recommend a twin room to fit 4 people in 2 single beds
