Merveilleux. 9,99/10

Cet hôtel était au delà de mes espérances. Nous avons eu un accueil super chaleureux. On nous a même aidé à monter nos bagages 😊. Le personnel est à l’écoute et au petit soin. Aussi on a bien aimé le resto de l’hôtel. La cuisine est excellente. Pour notre prochain séjour à Montréal on y retournera à coup sûr!

Location was walkable to many areas of interest. The room was very comfortable with a kitchenette. The staff was outstanding.

Kutuma hotel 👌🏾

The Kutuma is a small hotel with a perfect location. It is close to many restaurants, metro stations and bus stops, gare ďautocars, etc. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Our room was ready when we arrived. Everything was very clean, facilities were well maintained, the room and the bathroom were very spacious and with many appliances (kitchen, fridge, microwave, cooking utensils and silverware, kettle, coffee machine, iron). Our room was refreshed every day, even without us requesting the service. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet even though the hotel was in a busy street. I will repeat my staying when I go back to Montreal on vacations.

We had no issues with our staying.

Very good

Location was great and the staff was outstandingly helpful and nice. The restaurant on the 1st floor seems to be extremely popular, it was always packed.

The restaurant is not to be missed. The decor of everything goes together in a very nice way, a very earthy, Ethiopian-inspired experience. if you are looking for a warm ambiance with a cool demeanour, Kutuma is the place to be.

Amazing stay in this themed luxurious hotel!

We had an amazing experience at this themed hotel! I loved how the decor was consistent with the theme, and appreciated the thoughtful details -(The bathroom with straw draped over the “hut shaped entrance “ felt so exotic.)The place was super clean, and well appointed with luxurious accommodation. We enjoyed the plush towels and comfy bed. The service was phenomenal! Each time we entered the receptionist offered to help us up with our packages ,and was friendly,professional,and welcoming. We requested a later checkout and they generously allowed it. We’ll definitely be back !

Rejuvenating!

The decor is just amazing. Serene place for a getaway yet remain close to everything. Professional staff. Deluxe suite experience was fantastic. One of a kind Nil Bleu restaurant offering fine dining/Ethiopian cuisine. Highly recommend!

Up all night, it’s a party and everyone’s invited!

large room, comfy bed, nice shower

Super loud couple making noise all night. At check in I signed something that said they can’t control noise, I knew then I could be in for a loud night but didn’t realize I would get almost no sleep.

Our stay was lovely.

We stayed in the penthouse suite. It was a great unique experience. The hot tub and bathroom was spectacular. The kitchen and living area just right.

Love the place once you get in, but beware of the parking situation.

This is a very nice small inn. The room was very nice, tastefully furnished and quite unique. Once we actually got to our room we were very happy with what we found there.

Our main issue with this location is that there is almost literally nowhere to park your vehicle! It is located in a very busy area where street parking exists, but is quite limited. Although their listing makes reference to 'valet' parking, be aware that their definition of this is that they will take your vehicle and find 'somewhere' to park it for $25 or $30 (don't recall exactly). We were lucky enough to eventually find street parking right outside the motel, but between parking pay stations in French (totally understandable, but not easily used) and the need for Wi-Fi to download a parking app in English, it became a very frustrating challenge. Thankfully one of the motel staff was able to help us get thru this. Another frustration was that our parking space required that it be vacated by 6:30AM! We made that work, but in most circumstances it would have been a deal-breaker. The final thing I need to include is that today while reviewing my credit card statement I found that Kutuma had charged me twice for our single night stay! My credit card company will deal with it for me and I am NOT saying it was done intentionally, but it was the one and only stay in our 6 week trip where we had issues on the front end and decided to make mention of it. Again, I'm sure it will be resolved soon.

If we can get away from staying on the upper floors we’ll be back.

We think the service we received was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We’re weary of staying on the upper floors. We’re ready to stay in one of the junior suites, like Room 201 or 301.

This hotel is a wonderful option to an AirBnB. Affordable, close to transit and impeccable service.

The service was impeccable. They were willing to accommodate my needs, assist with luggage, or provide items (decaf coffee) not usually offered. The went beyond 4 star service

The air conditioning was too close to the bed making it necessarily to adjust at night when it got too cold.
