Comfortable

The room looks pretty and spacious. You can literally pay the same amount as APA hotels but you het more space here.

Small thing, the window pane was so dusty. Maybe the people who clean here sometimes overlook this area because it's always covered by the curtain.

Disappointing

The room was well prepared and reception was friendly and helpful.

The toilet bowl was leaking and made a constant drip drip noise. The aircon wasn’t that strong and made it uncomfortable to sleep well.

Well situated near the train station but rather expensive for what you get.

Located close to Sendai station. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The property is in need of refurbishment. Various things in the room did not function properly.

I felt cheated, stayed in way nicer hotels in better area for way less of a price.

the location is pretty much the only thing I can say is good about this hotel as a property. The staff are pleasant and working hard to make sure customers are taken care of

the age of everything and no thought to check room before someone checks into to ensure the room is in good order. Refrigerator didn’t work, no climate controls in the room to change temperature, huge crack down the drywall wall with wall paper hanging from it and no toiletries in the room upon arrival. was way over priced for what you get in return. as Japanese say “casupuro “ (cost performance) wa yokunai desu. if you want to time slip to 1990 Japanese business hotel style room then this is a place to do it in

The hotel staff was the best

The hotel is a fine hotel, but to make my stay a very pleasant experience was the hotel personnel. Extremely helpful and welcoming, they have supported me with a smile whenever i asked for help.

The hotel is a bit weird as i could not change the room temperature individually. But it didn't represent an issue, and the hotel staff was very understanding and did their best to accommodate my needs in this regard as well.

Good

Very well located for central Sendai. The breakfast was good. The rooms were a decent size and warm. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The room was a little dusty upon arrival.

Thank you it was nice but will try a different hotel

Location was fine. It is located near the shopping road and bus stop. There were lots of convenience stores near the hotel. Bed mattress is firm definitely good for backaches after carrying your kid and walking whole day. Staff were okay.

We stayed in a non-smoking room but every time we turn on the AC unit it smells like someone is smoking. Also the room is small but just enough for its price I guess?

Nice place

It is a clean nice hotel in the center of Sendai. We could use a free laundry and got some drinks for free. Stuff was helpful and polite. Great place to stay in Sendai!

Maybe an elevator was annoying a little bit because there is one elevator which doesn't go to the underground floor. But the other goes so it wasn't such a problem.
