I might stay again or recommend them to someone only if they improve on their breakfast arrangement.

The rooms were neat and staff were nice except for the one working the next morning who was not so nice.

Breakfast was horrible! Just stale snacks in a bag!!! Who does that? And to think I booked that hotel because it comes with breakfast. I was really disappointed with that.

Quality of this hotel downgraded so bad I am never going back

I went to the hotel back in 2020. It was great back then. Now, it seems like it is just going worse and worse. The cleaning is not as good, everything seem’s like they don’t care anymore.

I booked the jacuzzi king suite to have relaxing evening while I was at a convention during the day in Toronto. It is my third time at EST hotel but definitely my last. The room aren’t as clean as they used to be. The jacuzzi itself was only half working and is not even done building/repairing. The chairs in the room had wholes in the leather/suede. The telephone shower head of the jacuzzi was not working. The principal jacuzzi head was holding on with electric tape and the whole jacuzzi didn’t even had finition on it! It is a shame to rent this room as a « jacuzzi king suite » I feel like I have been scammed paying that amount of money for a room like that. I asked questions about the jacuzzi to the front desk and they didn’t even know how to make it work… I can provide more photos if needed

One night is good enough.

It’s very affordable

Rooms smell cigarettes and marijuana. Night staff who assisted us was not accommodating and not helpful either, very sarcastic and arrogant. He’s just focused on his laptop.

Poor quality hotel that is nothing like the photos/description - Stay away

Poor quality hotel. The shower had cracks and holes that were over filled with caulking. Towel holder was hanging off the wall with an open hole. My room leaked water from the ceiling at 2am by the window that woke me up - I thought it was outside but it was all inside behind the curtain. The door card lock never worked so I had to walk back to the concierge to get another key to open my door (I think it got reset every time the maid came in to clean). The parking lot was small and very sketchy - if you don't get parking directly in front of the doors, you have to park by a dumpster where there were drug addicts hanging out. The free breakfast was a paper bag that you got from the concierge desk that had vending machine kind of food and there was a coffee spot but it was only hot water and decaf instant coffee or tea bags. They take a non-refundable payment for a reason - you would leave after the first night.

When I booked the room I had bathtub and when the room provided to me I didn’t had bathtub in the room! This was unprofessional!

Stay are friendly and nice. The place not really

The staff was the only thing we liked

Dirty, very very dirty. Some broken things. My room had jacuzzi which was again dirty and wasn’t working properly. It looked like it wasn’t finished construction

There were bad dirt stains look like food on the walls by the window bathroom had mold behind faucet and in bathtub. No morning breakfast.

A fuir, je ne recommande surtout pas

La chambre était confortable.

La propreté n'était pas au rendez-vous ni dans la chambre, ni dans les couloirs qui étaient encombrés de poubelles remplies de déchets. Nous avons payé un surplus afin d'avoir le petit déjeuner, mais nous avons eu un sachet kraft avec une brique de jus d'orange et deux muffins, à nous de se débrouiller pour nous faire un café dans la chambre, aucune salle prévue pour pouvoir prendre le petit déjeuner. Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée, une caution de 200$ est demandée et débité sur la carte bancaire, nous avons dû faire plusieurs réclamations après notre départ du Canada, afin de se faire rembourser cette caution, cela a pris un lois avant d'obtenir le remboursement, c'est inadmissible !!

Terrible, hotel with no amenities and no safety concern

There is no shuttle from the airport The breakfast states 630-1030 - it closed at 930 sharp I was given 5 dollars in quarters for change The photos are photoshopped it is surrounded by industrial buildings We woke up to the dumpsters outside the window at the back of the neighbour building being dumped and our view was garage doors The front staff was rude and uninterested in helping us check in or out and was very unhurried The rooms have a light outside of them telling intruder’s which rooms are occupied for safety reasons and the amount of human trafficking in the area I would imagine the lights aren’t a great option

It was practical for our needs.

It was close to our needs. Parking was free. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Sound travels easily. Their were people talking at a decent volume that echoed throughout the hallways and into our room.

I won't stay here again.

Nice place. Lady at the front desk was friendly.

room cards didn't work and the cleaning ladies refused to help. I had to wait for them to finish cleaning half the hotel for them to help me. They were already half finished. The front desk told me to ask the cleaning ladies to get into my room as both my cards didn't work and every card they gave me afterward didn't work. So I was up and down 3 times now. Can't get into my room. I asked the cleaning ladies and the youngest one said wait 10 minutes for her tog et up there. Okay.... 30 later she is still cleaning but now on the first floor. I ask again and tell her whats going on and she told me to wait. I had to go tot he front desk again. It took me 45 minutes to get into my room just because the cleaning lady didn't want to stop cleaning rooms.

It does not worth the money

Location was OK, but accessing the hotel by GPS is not not easy.

The breakfast was the worst i have ever seen in a hotel.

The hotel looked nice and was clean.

Not one of the staff was friendly or greeted me. They wouldn't even look up to say high and the one young lady that was training a young man when I first arrived seemed like she was going out of her way to be rude. I understand customer service with the public can be difficult, but a mere attempt to be friendly and courteous is much appreciated.

Unfriendly Staff but comfortable bed!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable!

The staff who did our check-in was very rude, and unwelcoming as was the staff who checked us out. The driveway to this hotel was very hard to find, and there is minimal parking available.
