About this condo rental
Located in Estero Island, this lovely condo for $189 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. *Notice: Fort Myers Beach and EBTC are going through restoration after Hurricane Ian. Some construction remains in process at EBTC. Restoration will take time. A significant amount of work remains for the entire island. Limited restaurants and shopping are available. I have added a few beach pictures post Hurricane Ian for reference. Stunning views from our C building, 7th floor gulf front condo. Cleanliness is always a top priority. Please come, relax and enjoy the natural beauty at Estero Beach and Tennis Club as the beach is restored. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and watch the wildlife on the beach. Maybe even catch the dolphins playing in the ocean. Take a walk on any of the 7 miles of beautiful white sand beach and watch for shells along the way. Gorgeous sunsets can be seen from inside the condo or are beautiful to watch while relaxing on the balcony. There are restaurants located within a short driving distance or you can take the trolley ride to different locations on the island. If you are up for some adventure there are rental boats, jet skis, parasailing and kayaks rentals that are available since Ian. We are happy to provide linens, kitchenware, beach towels, beach umbrella and a cooler for snacks and beverages on the beach. In the event of any rain there are games and a 55" television with a choice of movies and upgraded cable and Wifi for your convenience. As standard practice we change all bedding between stays including duvet, mattress pad, pillow covers, etc. We ensure that EVERY piece of linen is changed including unused towels, spare sheet sets, etc. *Please note: In Season Rentals (January through April) we request Saturday Check In and Check Outs. We are sure you will love the condo and the beach as much as we do especially now as we recover from Ian - the soul and resilience of FMB is strong. Very clean unit with a fabulous view of the Gulf. Communication with the owner was so easy and pleasant.Heather was upfront about what to expect on the island because of Ian which we appreciated. Overall we enjoyed our stay - very relaxing and because Heather made great restaurant recommendations lots of good meals!! We would return again!

If you are looking for a tastefully decorated and updated condo with incredible beach views, look no further. This is away from the crowds and you can walk right out to the beach. Sit on your balcony to watch the sunset. You might even see dolphins playing in the water! The beach is smaller than in the touristy areas, but great for shelling and sunbathing, and the water is perfect.
The unit itself was exactly as described in the description. Heather was easy to communicate with and made sure that we had everything we needed for a week in paradise.
We recommend taking a day trip with Adventures in Paradise to North Captiva Island which is only accessible by boat. It’s a 5 hour tour. We were lucky to have seen a large pod of dolphins playing right next to the boat.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club a few years ago but in a different condo. I'm so glad we came back and chose this condo. It's newly renovated and everything from the kitchen, bathroom, and beach supplies are fully stocked! Having the beach chairs, umbrella, cart, and cooler already provided was a huge plus. The views from this location are amazing. We have always loved how quiet, private, and uncrowded this beach is. You're within walking distance to some really good restaurants, and not too far from the touristy areas. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone! We loved it so much that we were already discussing when we could come back before we even left! :)

Everything about this property exceeded expectations. Arrival and registration was easy, and the condo was wonderfully equipped with everything from the perfect kitchen spices to beach chairs. The view from the condo was breathtakingly beautiful and the beach was perfect for a quiet getaway. The owners provided everything you could want for a peaceful retreat including books, binoculars, and nature guides. Dolphins could be seen from the balcony, sand dollars and conch shells were discovered on the beach and in the gulf, and each evening's sunset was stunning. The estuary was home to a variety of birds including a roseate spoonbill, egrets, ibis, and herons. The condo was quiet without any disruption from neighbors, and the surrounding grounds were well-maintained. The gulf was so perfect that the pool was not used on this visit but looked clean and refreshing. The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the owners responded to all communication quickly and in a helpful manner.
We are looking forward to a return visit!

Loved the condo. So amazing!!! Beach was not my favorite. It is very small and just crushed shells.

Great condo in a great location
Can’t say enough about our stay. The condo was newly renovated, clean, and had everything we needed. Right down to Kleenex and beach chairs. Communication with the property owners was amazing. The view from our balcony was perfect. We could sit out and read, watch sunsets, etc. The location couldn’t be better. A plaza with shops and restaurants and a CVS are within east walking distance. A trolly and tram run along the main road of the island so that you can get anywhere you want!

Weekly Warm Up
Property is great, very clean and well stocked. The view is perfect, sunsets for days! Santini Plaza across the street is super convenient. Construction on Estero Blvd is wrapping up, no issues. We utilized the heated pool a few times, took great walks on the beach and very much enjoyed our stay. The Beach chairs/umbrella/cooler supplied are very nice and much appreciated. Thank you Heather and Brian for a great stay. CHEERS!

Every we needed
Never before I have I stayed in a VRBO that was so well stocked with everything I need. High quality beach chairs, new cooler, bag of ice in the freezer, and the list goes on and on. We enjoyed our Christmas vacation and plan on returning next Christmas.

The perfect condo with amazing views right on the beach!
We arrived very late on our check in day due to flight delays. With that being said, the accomodations were perfect even at midnight! The condo was so clean, we had all the amenities we needed and nothing beats waking up to incredible ocean and beach views! Heather communicated with us once we made the reservation, right before we arrived and during our stay. She updated us with current renovations in the condo and gave us suggestions for dining. She made her home feel like our home! I highly recommend this condo, you do not want to miss out on this place!

I rented the property from the photo on Vrbo from the owner. I guess. When arriving the the condo was not as upscale as the photo appeared. The sofa was replaced and it was ok seating nothing special or appealing. The chair in the photo is worn and dirty and very uncomfortable along with a matching footstool also worn and dirt .The dinning table in a awkward place that gave no room to the kitchen counter and stove. The table wobbled and could not keep the leveler in the base. The fridge was unlevel and when you opened the door the fridge would roll away from the wall and would always have to push it back in place. The stove small and old, did not use. This the first time we ever rented a condo with n dishwasher or garbage disposal which was an annoyance and for the price of the rent should have been provided. With no comfortable or clean chair in sitting are it only left the sofa for seating. There was no light to read by in the living area .A old broken floor lamp was found in the closet that should have been thrown out was used for lighting. The overhead fan by the sink had a light that did little good to light the kitchen counter area, dinning table and no light for the sofa area.. The bedroom not bad. The bed was very comfortable but again no good lighting to read in bed or to luminate the room properly. The lamps on each side of the bed were a joke at barely 15 inches high with low light bulbs.There was no light at the dresser for the mirror, or to dress by or make up by. The bath room very tiny. The sink stopper was always on close and hard to keep it open to drain sink especially bad when brushing teeth and want sink to drain. The shower was way to high for average height woman of 5 ft 3 or taller. The water in the shower was very low presser and felt like I was never fully washed off, or rinsed off. Would be helpful if added a hand held shower head to shower and do something about the low water presser. Another issue was a broken down toaster that looked dangerous to use .There were many condiments left over time in the fridge and coffee bags left over from other renters.. Why would a landlord want to keep open containers of such things in the fridge ? The big tv was nice as well as the view was amazing from all points in the condo and the patio. Th condo was very clean on arrival. The lock system locked us ou for several hours on the last day, We did eventually get back in but we could not leave for fear the lock would lock us out again

This is the perfect place to stay while visiting Florida. The condo was beautiful, the view and amenities were above and beyond expectations. Wow is the first word I can say about this condo !! The view is absolutely breathtaking!!! Sunsets are out of this world❤️ The condo itself was just so clean and beautiful, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Everything you can every need is there! And it is so beachy decorated! Just lovely! Now about the owner-Heather is so incredibly nice and sweet and so caring!! She put a basket of welcome goodies on the table which was the nicest thing when you come to a place !! Heather checked in on us, making sure everything was good and if we ever needed anything to let her know. We were there during TS Elsa and she went out of her way to see that we were safe, even bringing us flashlights and a lanterns!! She is truly a rockstar! We had such an amazing time thanks to her! I highly recommend her place to anyone! It is the best and has the best owners!! I did text her and told her to expect us back very soon!! ❤️

This apartment was perfect for a week at the beach. The beach was quiet and almost had a secluded island feel which we really enjoyed. The view from the condo is fantastic and great to watch sunrises/sunset or Florida rainstorms. The apartment is clean and as described. It is in a great location and within a few miles of some great places to eat and drink. We really enjoyed our week relaxing and unwinding. Even loved the selection of free fiction books. :) I would have no worries to recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great week at the beach in Florida!

This condo is pretty close to perfect. The view is spectacular. Even sitting on the bed, I could see nothing but ocean. The condo is spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen and beach items that are in great condition. You don’t have to worry with packing items for the “just in case what they have is in bad condition”.
One thing I suggest to bring is a throw blanket or two. When you spend the entire day on the beach, you can get chilly inside. Also, not condo-related, but don’t expect much in the way of food delivery (Uber, etc.) There are places listed, but they are far away and not advised due to traffic.
We will definitely be back and will choose this condo again. It is beautiful!

Perfect Spot For A Couple On The Beach
This apartment was perfect for a week at the beach. The beach was quiet and almost had a secluded island feel which we really enjoyed. The view from the condo is fantastic and great to watch sunrises/sunset or Florida rainstorms. The apartment is clean and as described. Definitely coming back!!
Heather was so accommodating and helped make our honeymoon that we had to reschedule from Covid such an easy process! Everything was so clean and the view is BEAUTIFUL!!!! We did not rent a car. There’s many things to do around there and mostly walked to majority of places. Heather was available any time I had questions or needed recommendations!! We had a great time!!!

The Beach
The condo has everything you need! The pictures are exactly how it is! There are new updates, couch, shades and fans are great! We loved the convenience of walking to the restaurants at Santini Plaza. Heather’s suggestions on where to eat were the places to go. Fish Tails and Flippers were great! You will not be disappointed with your stay here! We will be back! Thank you Heather for your consideration of making sure everything is taken care of, it made our stay easier!
