Service
- prompt service, they sent a team in a matter of 5 minutes to clean de air conditioning and the floors.
- we were always asked if everything was fine.
- breakfast was great (open from 8 until 10.30)
- you have two pool tables (1 or 2 euro/game)
- there's also a gym downstairs (not all the gym equipment was in good condition tho)
- pool was great, big, space to relax but to swim as well
It's a bit to read but i promise that you'll leave informed :)
Rooms
- check if the safe is working (ours didn't)
- check if the air conditioning is clean (ours wasn't but they cleaned it the moment we asked for that)
- check for ants (we had some)
- check the pillow sheets (ours were stained)
- check the floor (ours was dirty)
Maybe we were just unlucky :)
Location
- if you are a german, you will feel like home. Around the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and bars that are german themed.
If you want a quiet stay, i wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Some people are treating the place like it's a rented house where they can drink and be loud until 4 AM in the morning.
One night the door was forced and knocked on for 10 minutes at 3 AM in the morning by a confused fella that was convinced my room was his.
The next night some party people woke me up at 3AM in the morning, particularly the laugh of one girl that was having the time of her life, they were understanding though when i told them it's late and we are trying to sleep.
So yeah...it really depends on what you want from the experience. It was nice but it could've been better, i expected more since it's a 4 star rated hotel...
